Chapter 4 - With a Deck Of Cards, A Battle Emerges

While they were being teleported, their clothes were changed into different costumes. Jaiden a jester, Willow a king with diamonds on his clothes, Yumi a queen with hearts on her clothes and Stella a Jack with spades on their clothes.
After running around for a while they find each other and catch their breaths for a while, they are interrupted by The Person from earlier. They shot down from the sky with a furious look on their face, It was because they had escaped. Then, out of the blue, they smiled? It wasn't a very good one, it looked forced, but it was a smile none the less. Then they, as if it took seconds, went back to a furious look. It was a confusing sight as it seemed they were fighting themselves while they cried out loud things like "stop" and "manipulating" and "help".
In an explosion of green, vines emerged from willows fingertips and Stella's floating ring around her head glowed. A fight broke out, with Yumi staying to heal anyone's wounds. Jaiden felt useless as they tried to seek shelter from falling debris on this fantasy battleground.
While the four still being in their costumes they were assigned, The Person pulled out a deck of playing cards, including a joker, king, queen and jack. Then they knew, they were part of a game.
As The person continued fighting themself and Willow and Stella, they would whip out the queen card and hold it over a ledge, this would send yumi to the exact spot. Stella ran over to try and grab the card, only for the jack card to be held on the other side. Jaiden developed a plan when Willow had been taken. They were going to swoop in and grab the mid-ripped playing cards and throw them into fire, then realised the pain would inflict back on the three and winced from the thought.
Instead they had no choice but to have their card drag them away. They lost hope.
But wait, all is not lost, up ahead is something, someone even. A figure appears, but are overshadowed by an explosion of green light emerging from their hands, thorns and vines attack at every corner of The Person, only leaving debris in their wake, it's chaos, Jaiden breaks free and runs over to willow, Stella and Yumi to help them out, as they make their way over to the vine creating figure. They are tall, with long elven ears and short blonde hair. Before they could even thank this person for saving them, they fell to the ground and appeared to have fainted.
Yumi knew what to do, they pressed two fingers on the persons forehead and whispered "I can do this" and a light changed Yumi's eyes to a neon pink and the person awoke, "LOTUS YOUR OK! THAT WAS AWSOME THE WAY YOU DID THE THING WITH THE VINE AND IT WAS LIKE PEW PEW" yumi did small models of the vines with her hands. They all seemed to know who their saviour was.
Willow looked red and flustered from embarrassment. "I can do that too, you know" he said, and everyone laughed.
The person, lotus apparently, abruptly jumped up and ran away, appearing embarrassed. Nobody could catch up because they ran too quickly. "Bye then" yumi frowned.
Jaiden ran over to the three looking worried. "I nearly forgot, have you seen someone with short pink hair and brown eyes around? She's someone I know, I just lost her when I came here, from earth."
Everyone looked shocked, "Earth... was captured two years ago..."
