"Welcome back from the break, this is Reporter Janet speaking. Coming up next, we have a news live coverage by reporter jonathan, whom will be bringing the report on the number of Covid-19 cases in singapore. Also, he is at the white house there to listen to Prime Minister speech on the plan to deal with recent rise in the covid-19 cases. Over to you Jonathan. "

"Thank you Janet. This is reporter Jonathan speaking here. Over here, we are in the white house right now, and we are all waiting for Prime minister to make his speech on how will singapore proceed with the current no of cases" said Reporter Jonathan 

*Prime Minister has begun his speech*

"Alright Janet, i just came out from the white house and by far Prime Minister has made a very big move. The very first move he did was to initiate a compulsory lockdown for all. This would meant that Work from home will be default method, where everyone will be working at their home, regardless of where they are, with the exceptional sectors that is in link to the country. More specifically, it is for Public Servants personnel, manufacturing and most importantly, medical industry. The next move that prime minister did was to limit the outdoors need, this include social gathering,  eating in eaterys/coffee shop is not allowed. However, takeaway services are still available at this point of time, so business owner are still able to proceed with their earning, not to mention that government will be introuducing scheme to help the affected business owner.

Supermarket will also be opened for essential activities, which brings to the next point on social distancing. Social distancing will be mandatory enforced, with at least 1 metre apart. All Business owner are to ensure everyone to follow social distancing. For owners who are partnering with organization such as childcare sector, they will have to submit a proposal to the government, as part of the protocol to protect everyone. Those who fail to comply so will be subjected to fine or heavier punishment by our social distancing ambassador, whom will be walking on the grounds at all times. Mask will also be in Mandatory right now when we are going out for essential activities. 

Last but not least, everyone that step out of the house will have to scan a declaration QR code whenever we have visited that place, for contact tracing purposes. Be Prepared for who string of sudden testing to detect if anyone of us are caught with the virus itself while the vaccine is still in process. All will take place with effect from next week , so that everyone will have ample time to adjust the necessary changes" said Reporter Jonathan

Great, now everything has completely change.

Next up, i am calling up the rest of the team member to have a meeting on the ConferenceMeet and how to proceed from there.

"Whats Sup Jiaxing (Jx) " said Aloysius

"Hey!" said Dragon

"What seems to be an urgent matter that you want to meet us urgently??" asked Jade

"Hello guys, first of all, i would want to thank everyone for meeting up on ConferenceMeet. I believe everyone of us has heard about the news already right? "

"Yes JX. Given on the situation with the lockdown right now, how are we going to proceed from here?" asked Jade

"Do we have any ongoing work for us to clear?" said by me

"Apparently we do have a few work to clear by this week, but i think its fine to postpone it due to covid changes" say Aloysius

"Alright Aloysius, can i get you to work on that to see whatever that can be postpone or can do online, go and proceed with it"

"Alright Jx" replied Aloysius

"Now, we will need to work out a lot of things within these few weeks, such as training at least 200 employee on how to use ConferenceMeet. It seems like we are going to use ConferenceMeet for now until everything has been sorted out. For this, i will see who to get the job done, as it is quite a heavy work involved" said by me

"Next, we will have to sort out the manpower needed for the student care and childcare services respectively Jx. In total, we do have at least 400 students in total, after combining both sectors, and at least we have 100 students whose parents are working in medical sectors. We will need manpower to be onsite as well because of this." said Jade

"Apparently, workers who are working in medical sector will have to be onsite right?" asked by me

"Yes, we do have parents who are working in related sectors, specifically for medical sectors and transport sectors. For now we have 50 teachers each in both sectors, but don't forget we are dealing with 400+ students in a big group. We will need more manpower on that as well. "Said Jade

"Alright i understand the situation now, if thats the case, Jade, can you talk to the HR side to put up on the advertisment on hiring teachers, as we need it for both online and on-site as well. In addition, we may also need to get the cleaner or kitchen staff to come on site as well. On top of that, i would also need your help to inform all the teachers as well. Do the necessary placement if needed. You can get aloysius to help you out on this as well Jade".

"Got it Jx" said Jade

"No Worries Jx, i will help jade even if you didnt tell me to do so" said Aloysius

"As for Clynston, i know this is going to be very tough on you, but i really need your help to take lead on the planning of the measures like seating arrangement, no of teachers needed per room,  number of facilities that we have and number of equipment that we have also, spanning across all 10 levels. If really need to, count in my room also if it is needed. You can get a few other employees and IT to check the equipment. Sort out all the irrelevant equipment and also, get the IT assistance to make sure every single electronic devices have ConferenceMeet app. Can i have this done by Wednesday, so that i can have the time to submit the proposal to the government side as per stated by the law.  " said by me.

"Of Course, Jx. No worries." said Clynston

"Thank you guys for helping me out with this. As for me, i will have to oversee a few very important matters such as finance side and possible sharp rise in people approaching for our help.  Also, just to inform you guys, we may be experiencing low pay income or even worst is, no pay at all. For job wise, you guys will be retained, but with accordance to whatever i have just said earlier. Will you guys be willing to stay with me and tide through the crisis? I know its difficult to decide, but i understand. If you guys want to leave, i will not stop you. The choice is yours" asked by Me

"I am going to stay side by side with you Jiaxing " said Jade

"Same for me" said Clynston

"Definitely count me in! I wont be leaving you. Afterall, the 4 of us are best friend forever, right ? and we definitely experience more dangerous crisis than this" said Aloysius.

"Thank you guys, for now i will be checking with valerie and the rest first. I will inform you guys whens the next meeting again".
