The next week
The past week went by slow for Link. Waking up in the morning and sitting there waiting for Zeldas message so he could respond and doing pretty much nothing the rest of the day and only getting up to eat and use the restroom. In class, it was even worse when he went back he heard everyone whispering about him.
"What happened to him?" One kid said
"I think his parents died," another said
"Everyone stop talking class is starting," the teacher said, walking up to the board, "today is the first day of a project that will be due next week the last week before school ends, and you may pick anyone yo be your partner and talk about what you're going to do your project on"
His transgender female friend Juno walked over
"Hey, Link, do you want to be partners." Juno said
"Sure," said Link, "come over to my house after school, and we can work on it together."

After school
Link heard knocking at his door.
"I'm coming," Link said as he opened the door. "Come inside, Juno."
"Hey, Link," she said, walking inside "Hey can I ask you a question first?"
"If it's why I wasn't at school, it's cause my parents died, and I was allowed to stay home from school."
"Oh. Okay." Juno said,"Should we start on the project?"
"Yeah, sure." He said

Later
"Bye, Link," Juno said
"Bye," said Link
After he closed the door, he went to his room and responded to the message Zelda sent him half an hour ago.
"I'm ok, I was doing a project and forgot to message sorry," Link message
"It's okay, do you need anything?" She replied
"No, I'm fine."
"Okay."
After that, he went to his bed and fell asleep.

The next day
The next day was more of the same he went to school, and he went home and worked on the project with Juno, and he replied to Zeldas message.
After responding to Zelda, he went to eat but saw he was out of his favorite cereal and almost out of milk, so he decided to go out for the first time besides for going to school in a while.
Link went upstairs and grabbed his jacket.
"I almost forgot my wallet," he said to himself halfway out the door.
After he grabbed his wallet, he started to walk to the store about halfway to the store he heard Zelda call his name
"Hey, Link," Zelda said
"Hi," Link said
"Where are you going?
"I'm going to the store."
"You mind if I join you?"
"Sure."
They continued walking to the store
"So why are you going to the mall?" Said Zelda
"I was running low on cereal."
"I could've gotten it for you."
"I didn't want to bother you, and I thought I needed to get out for a bit. A walk might be good."
"Ah, well, you won't bother, so if you need anything, just tell me, and I'll get it for you," Zelda said

At the store
Link and Zelda went to the mall, and as they went to the food aisle, they passed the women's clothes section. Link sees some of the clothes
"Goddesses, I wish I could wear those." Link thinks to himself, walking to the cereal area.
After getting the cereal, Link went to get the milk
"Hey, can you hold this?" Link says, holding out the cereal to Zelda
"Sure," she said
Link and Zelda went to the register to pay. Link scanned the items and pulled out his wallet to pay, but Zelda stopped him
"Let me pay for it."
"You don't have to. I can."
"Please let me do it for you."
"Okay." Link says
After paying Link and Zelda, left the store and started walking home.
"Hey, do you mind if I come over this weekend?" Zelda questions
"Sure, I don't have anything I'm doing."
"Okay." Zelda says, handing him the cereal back. "See you in school tomorrow."
"See you."
