The air was heavy with the acrid smell of smoke, and a distant sound of sirens echoed through the night. As he moved closer, his heart sank at the sight before him—a burning car engulfed in flames, casting an eerie glow against the darkness. And there, standing in front of the inferno, was a child, their face etched with fear and tears streaming down their cheeks.Sora's heart ached as he tried to reach out to the child, to offer comfort and aid. But he remained rooted to the spot, his voice silenced by the overwhelming power of something. He watched helplessly as the child's cries filled the air, their desperate pleas for help echoing in his ears.
Just as the dream threatened to consume him, a gentle touch brought Sora back to reality. He blinked rapidly, looking at the ceiling of council room. There, standing beside him, was Adi, concern etched across their face.
"Sora, wake up," Adi whispered, their voice filled with genuine worry.
Sora gasped, the remnants of the dream still clinging to his consciousness. He blinked, trying to shake off the lingering images. "Adi? What... What the hell happened?"
"You fell unconscious," Adi explained gently, his voice filled with compassion. "It seems you experienced a sudden illness or fatigue. You've been asleep for a few hours."
Sora's voice filled with anger as he exclaimed, "Let me go! It's all your fault!"
As Sora walked out of the room, Adi standing nearby, observing Sora's departure. Sora's gaze met Adi's, and for a moment, there was a sense of unspoken understanding between them.
As Sora stormed out of the room, his mind filled with anger and frustration, he could feel his heart racing. Memories flooded back into his consciousness, overwhelming him with a mix of emotions. The weight of those memories bore down on him.
With every step, his anger fueled his movements, propelling him forward.
As Taniya, Raga, and Aari noticed Sora walking towards the exit gate of the school, Taniya waved at him, hoping to catch his attention. However, Sora continued walking without acknowledging their presence, lost in their own thoughts"What happened to him?" Taniya asked, concerned about Sora's strange behavior.
"Yeah, it's unusual to see him like this, but whatever," Aari replied casually.
Adi, who was standing outside the room of student council, seemingly lost in thought.
"Hey Adi, what's going on?" Taniya asked, her voice filled with genuine concern.
Adi looked up at them, his gaze distant. "Nothing... Just needed some air. It's a bit hot inside," he responded, trying to brush off the situation.
"Wdym hot? There are two ACs in the room," Raga chimed in, puzzled by Adi's explanation.
Adi sighed, realizing that he couldn't easily dismiss their questions. "It's complicated, guys. Let's just say some things happened inside, and I needed a moment to clear my head. It's nothing major, really."
Taniya and Raga exchanged glances, sensing that there was more to the story than Adi was letting on. They knew their friend well enough to realize when something was bothering him.
"Adi, you know you can talk to us, right?" Taniya gently insisted. "We're here for you, no matter what."
"alright..I will tell you on the way to home"
-Next day-
"Yipeeeee! I am going to school today, hahahahah!" Vinnie said.
Sora woke up from his sleep and rushed downstairs to check.
