Chapter 6

Percy's POV

Ok that was big news to take in.

"Well that's great." I said beaming.

"What your not annoyed or angry?" She questioned.

"Why should I be?" I replied.

She looked shocked but I've no idea why but I still held her close. I heard some foot steps outside the door and pecked her on the cheek and flashed out. I went down to breakfast to have everyone starring at me. I sat down next to Artemis and had to restrain myself from hugging her.

"What do you want boy?" One called Phoebe asked.

"To sit next to my future wife." I replied.

Her eyes widened as she realised who I was.

"Oh I'm sorry my lord."

"Don't worry about it and don't call me my lord it's just annoying."

We sat and ate the rest of breakfast together. We sat in silence until Artemis broke the silence.

"I think if Percy is going to be married to me then he need to learn to use the bow."

"Errrm, no."

She raised her eyebrow.

"Fine only if your hunters have to learn to use the sword or swords depending on weather they want to go dual swords."

"Ok. Meet in the arena after breakfast."

We ate the rest of breakfast in silence with the hunters occasionally glancing at me.

Annabeth's POV

I told Jeremy to meet me at the beach after breakfast so we could hang out. When getting nearer the beach I saw Jeremy kissing another girl.

"Why Jeremy, why?" I cried.

"I never really liked you I just wanted to break my pathetic brother." He replied.

"Percy is twice the man you'll ever be."

I ran away to my cabin thinking I was the dumbest daughter of Athena ever. I lost the most loyal man in the world to some scum who claimed he was better. Why did I ever listen.

I just sat there and cried. Then and idea came into my head. What if I could get Percy back. I needed to catch Percy out and kiss him and say I was sorry.

Percy's POV

I went down to the arena knowing the more I embarrassed them with the swords the more they were going to embarrass me with the bow.

'Hey Percy.' Apollo said in my mind.

'What?' I replied.

'I've just found out what Artemis is going to do to you so I'm gonna give you my blessing.'

'Yes.' I smirked.

Lets do this sh**. The hunters entered in looking scared. I was just smiling at them. Artemis went and sat in the stands.

"Hey Artemis why don't you come and join in." I yelled.

"I think I'll be fine." She replied.

"I've seen those dual silver swords left untouched in your room. Why don't you let me teach you how to use them."

"Fine. I'll be taught."

She flashed in and summoned her swords.

This is gonna be fun.

Time skip to lunch.

"Oh Percy you are so dead."

"Artemis what gives you that impression."

"I dunno maybe the fact you embarrassed me and my hunters."

"Well look on the bright side, all of you are now amazing at using swords."

She blushed then said, "Oh yeah I've invited the whole camp to come and see you practice archery."

I just stood there with my mouth open pretending I was shocked really I was laughing inside.

I sat on Jason's table interrupting his little make-out session with Athena.

"So... I see you two have warmed up to each other." I said making them jump blushing violently.

"Don't tell anyone yet but me and Athena are having a child." Jason whispered.

"Oh man that's great. But I've got something to tell you."

"What?" Athena and Jason said at the same time.

"Artemis is having a kid too."

"Percy. Who'd have thought that it would be you to be the one."

I just shrugged and left to go to the archery range. I summoned a midnight black bow with carvings down the sides. Artemis and her hunters entered smiling. They sat down and talked while everyone else filed in. I notice Annabeth wasn't sitting with Jeremy. He was sitting with a daughter of Dementer. The rest of the seven were staring at me with malice in their eyes. They were discussing something with Annabeth. They kept occasionally looking over at me.

"So. You are all here today to watch Percy here make a fool out of himself like he did with me and my hunters." Artemis started.

"He does that anyway." Leo yelled down from he stands.

Everyone roared with laughter. I just cluched my bow harder.

"First let's start from 10 feet."

I smiled and hit the target.

"Beginers luck. 20 feet."

I hit the target again and everyone went silent. I went 100 feet back did a backflip then fired and hit. Then I left the camp fired up in the air and fired another quickly after. The second one hit the first one and it flew and split my first arrow.

I flashed back into the camp and started rolling on the floor laughing at Artemis' expression.

"You....should...see your.....faces." I managed.

"APOLLO!" Artemis yelled at the sky.

Apollo flashed in and saw me laughing. He started snickering.

"What's up lil sis."

"You just made me look like the biggest idiot ever."

"How?"

"His archery."

"Oh yeah."

Apollo flashed out before Artemis could do to much damage.

"You are dead young man." Artemis started.

I flashed out before she could damage me.

I was just sitting in my cabin polishing Riptide. When Hera flashed in.

"Perceus, your wedding will be tomorrow."

"Ok, thanks."

She flashed out and I felt someone's precance in my cabin. Annabeth came through the door. I jumped off my bed towards her but before I could say anything she started kissing me.
