You spend a few more minutes alone with Mitch when mom calls you down for dinner
You walk down and sigh sitting down"hey mom"
Mitch follows behind but sighs "there's um no chair for me?"
"oh yes dear sorry I will grab one from the kids table"
You stifle a laugh "good luck reaching the table" you say as she walks back with a overly small chair and sits it next to you
He just stares at it for a minute "I'd rather not honestly I'll just stand"
You laugh "yeah I will to" you smile up to him"you're making me feel awfully short"

You gasp"how dare you" you stand up
