Chapter Three: Saving the kids

After about 15 minutes Du-sik was done with both of our weapons. "What did you do with then?" Hyun-so asked. "I made it to were it will be like taser, which will knock them out longer," he said and then turned to me. "I added spike and the taser on the bat, i also wrapped where the handle should be so the schock doesn't hurt your hands."

Y/n and Hyun-so both look amaze. How did know how to do this? "You guys should go out there now, you know to save the kids"he stated breaking the silence "right" the both said in synchronized. You guys open the door and started walking and after a little while you could here beeping in your earbud. You were afraid but you knew you had to save those kid.

Hyun-so pointed at different hallway and you both nodded, and started moving towards it. Thats when you could hear the monsters foot steps. You both ran into a broken elevator, the door half shut only fitting the both of you in. After a minute you could hear the monster walk away from the elevator. Hyun-so sticked his head out looking both ways to make sure the coast was clear. All of a sudden the lights went out.

Sitting in the middle of the elevator was an open container with rotting fish in it smelled horrible so you and Hyun-so covered your noses. Hyun-so sticked his out once this time trying to get out of the elevator when the head of the monster pops out of nowhere scaring the both of you and making Hyun-so fall. Hyun-so tried to silent his fall as much as possible not wanting to put him and you in danger.

It was a monster you had saw earlier, it had half of his face and looked like it had been shot. It's hand reaches through and grabbed the fish and proceed to ear it. You were breathing heavily but trying to be quiet at the same time. "Seem that I have found you" the half faced monster said. You and hyun look at each other and nod, both stabbing your weapons in to it. The monster let out a loud screeching noise. You and Hyun-so both started running out if the elevator and in to the hallway you started in. "Don't run away" the half face monster said and shot his just barely missing you. 'What the hell is this thing!' You thought before tripping and Hyun-so fell as well.

He looked down and saw a bunch of bouncy balls and hands you some as you both start throwing them in the opposite hallway, trying to lead the monster away. Once it turned around Hyun-so stabbed the monster, burning his insides as the monster fell to the floor unconscious. You knocked on the door and see two kids sticking there head out.

"Kids, were here to save you come with us" Hyun-so said "sir, ma'am, our dad fell," the little boy said anxiously "we know" Hyun-so said. You lightly hit his arm, is trying to make these poor kids feel worse? Hyun-so quickly apologized "sorry"
"We can still save hi-." You then crouched down to his level we can't save him but his in a much safer and peaceful place, so why don't you come with us?" The little boy and girl nod their heads slowly walking out of the apartment room.

"We need to go in the hallway where the monster is, on the 14th floor, they have food up there and I bet you guys are hungry." Hyun-so said before you jumped in "how old are you guys?" "Im nine and my little brother is six" you felt all the color on your face drain, that was young and the have to deal with some weird monster apocalypse and their fathers death.

"Thats the perfect age for fighting monsters" Hyun-so said with a slight smile on his face. "Don't worry with protect you kids" you said.
