Our main chacter Charlotte, is set on a goal to make amends with her family relationships while dealing with the stressful personal lives of her loved ones.

Derek's point of view:
Today starts the first day of merging the two hospitals, Seattle Grace Memorial and Mercy West Hospital. Richard had called for a staff meeting at the nurses' station. That was when we were introduced to the new staff from Mercy West Hospital. As we were finishing up touring the hospital, making our way back to the nurses' station. I heard someone shout out my name.
Charlotte's point of view:
Charlotte and her friends arrive at the Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital. While she was walking to the entrance she saw a familiar face. " Derek!" she shouted, as she started running towards him.
Derek looked up noticing Charlotte running towards him. He greets "Lottie" with a great big hug.
"What are you doing here?!" Derek says in excitement.
Everyone surrounding the two looks at them in an odd funny way.
Charlotte out of breath, bursts out in excitement "Derek, I work here now, I'm so excited that I'll be able to see you every day now. How have you been?"
"I have been doing great. How are my favourite two girls been doing lately?" Derek asked.
"They have been very good lately, you should come by and see them," Charlotte replied.
"So are you going to introduce me to your friends?" asked Derek.
Charlotte replies in an excited tone, "Oh my god "yes" big brother, this is my friend Charles Percy. This lady right here is my best friend April Kepner, and Reed Admson the bitch of the group. Last but not least Jackson Avery, aka my boyfriend.
*After hearing the comment, Reed Admson glares at Charlotte
Charlotte turns to the group to introduce Derek, "This is one of my siblings, Dr. Derek Shepard & Dr. Mark Solan my man whore of a big brother".
Mark glares at Charlotte and slaps her arm.
"OUCH, MARK! Was that necessary that's going to leave a bruise there!" Charlotte whines.
While Charlotte was introducing her friends to Derek, she hears footsteps approaching the group. She looks up and sees a very pretty brunette woman who seemed to have an extremely pale complexion.
Then following noticing the pale woman, Charlotte hears a clicking noise, much as a person in heels walking down the hall approaching the group. Charlotte noticed the person walking towards them was Addison Montgomery. Charlotte's whole mood rapidly changes visually seeing red, processing the idea of Addison standing right in front of her, Charlotte's face turns bright red.
Charlotte approaches Addison and out of rage slaps Addison across the face.
The surrounding group Gasps.
Everyone looks too stunned to speak, even DR. Webber and DR. Bailey.
They had never seen Mark's sister like this before.
Mark chimes into the group whispering "You haven't seen anything yet".
Charlotte gives Mark a deadly glare.
Addison says out of shock " What was that for!? what did I ever do to you to make you slap me in front of everyone here?"
Charlotte gives an evil grin to Addison "You should know, I mean you cheated on Derek with his best friend, and then you ruined Derek's new relationship."
Charlotte hears a gasp coming from somewhere
Charlotte asked, "Who made that sound?"
Noticing the woman with a pale complexion, Charlotte introduced herself to the woman. "Hello, my name is Charlotte Amelia Sloan Shepheard, and you are?"
The pale woman replies " Hi my name is Dr. Meredith Grey, it's nice to meet you, Dr. Solan Shepeard'. Following with a friendly kind smile.
Charlotte smiles back at Meredith.
"You're very pretty, prettier than what my big brother Derek said over here" Charlotte points with her thumb towards Derek.
Derek blushes and replies "Shut up McSassy."
Derek shakes his head at his baby sister. "She's prettier than my ex-wife" Derek chuckles. Addison looks shocked, by Derek's comment. "You're the one that cheated on me with my best friend."
Mark standing beside Derek, hits his arm "Well now I have a girlfriend Derek" Mark says in a jester tone.
Mark suddenly gets hit in the chest by his girlfriend Lexi, Mark whines "Owwwee".
