Yn sat on her bathroom floor with her head in her lap. Yn had just found out she was pregnant. She didn't leave her bathroom because she was scared of what her mom would think of her. Yn just wished she never had sex with her boyfriend so young. Her first mistake was not using a condom. She didn't know how to Oakley.
Yn wiped her tears and stood up looking at the odd stick." What fuck am I gonna do ?" Yn ran her hands over her head looking into the mirror. She wanted to fall on her knees and it made her sick.
Speaking of stuck yn got this nasty taste in her mouth. She ended up throwing up. She held her stomach and cried. She felt useless.
Someone knocked. It was yn mother peeking in" yn I heard you crying and wanted to see i- her mother cut her sentence short when she saw what was making yn cry.
Yn mother's jaw dropped." Mommy, please don't be mad. I'm sorry I should have never did those things with Oakley." Yn pledged to her mother holding onto her leg.
Tears formed in her mother's eyes." Yn your fucking 16!! You shouldn't be having sex at that. You should worry about them damn books." Yn looked at her mom with teary eyes
Yn wipe her eyes and stood." Do you think I want this?? I was never thinking about a baby. It was a mistake. Ok?".
Yn mother through the pregnancy test on the floor." Yeah, but I've been told to stay away from Oakley. He's a no-good SoundCloud rapper."
Yn folded her arms." But mom I love him. I'm keeping this baby I don't care what you think. I will go over to Oakley's later and tell him and if he doesn't want it then your right." Yn turns the sink on washing her mouth as her mother just stood there.
Yn mother looked down defeated. There was nothing she could do. She wanted to be the mother to hide these things from her kids but one of them found it. If yn is keeping the baby she had to step up and be the perfect mother for her." So do you want a boy or girl?."
Yn smiled that her mother's change of heart." I wanna a girl. I feel like Oakley would be a good dad." Yn mother comb yn hair like when she was 7. Yn was now gonna be a mother just like her mom. She never would have thought in a million years.
Yn stopped her mom, yn turned around and hugged her mom." Mommy, I'm sorry I had to be your fast child and not listen. "
Her mother rubbed her back." Baby, you're not fast. You just wanted to experience things a lot of people do and it's normal but not for this age. But I fully support you."
Yn let go and kissed her mother's cheek." You're gonna be the best grandmother. "
Yn mother took that to heart." Girl watch your mouth. My grandbaby will call me hot Lola."
Yn shook her head." Mom No!!."
Yn knocked on Oakley's mom's door. She texted Oakley beforehand that they needed to talk. Yn looked around her surroundings because her patience was getting low. She knocked one last time. She didn't want her mother to be right.
Oakley opened the door rubbing his eye." Yn are banging sound loud? Man's trying to sleep."
Yn rolled her eyes." Are you gonna let me in or not?" Oakley opened the door wider for her. Yn looked around the house seeing pictures on the way. She cut from her curiosity.
" so what did you want to talk about? Are we breaking up? You cheating on me." Yn covered his mouth because he was rambling too much.
Yn put her hands on her hips." Boy calm down ain't nobody breaking up or cheating damn chill. Can we sit down? "
He nodded and took her to the living room. Yn sat on the couch looking at Oakley trying to look for his Roku remote. She grabbed him because she wanted to get what she had to say out.
"Please it's really important and I need to hear your side of it." Yn didn't know when to start.
Yn took a deep breath. " ok. Um, you remember when we had sex 2 weeks ago and I told you I've been feeling sick.?" Oakley Knew she would throw half of the time but didn't think anything of it.
Oakley leaned back on the couch." Yeah. You wanna do it again." Yn pushed him away not having time for her nonsense.
Yn rubbed her temple." Stop this is serious. "
"Then say it. You took forever and it's kin- "Yn cut him off.
Yn put her head down." Fine, fine I'm pregnant dammit. It's all your fault.".
Oakley stood up running his hands through his hair not knowing how to take this new information in. He was only 17 and he wanted to become a rapper, not a father. Maybe in the future.
Oakley turned to her." So are you keeping it?" Yn nodded and Oakley was next to her lifting her shirt to touch her stomach.
Yn smirked." It's a baby yet dummy. You won't feel it kick. One question do you want this baby or not?" Oakley rubbed his face as it started to sweat.
He looked at her." Yes, I want this baby but neither of us knows how to take care of one and we both don't work."
Yn looked down at her feet. He was right neither of them work but yn mother said she would help but she didn't want to live off her mother's money. Yn got an idea.
"What about the dude who wanted you to sell some candy at a party." Oakleh looked at her and smirked because he had the same idea.
Oakley helped her stand up." I'll hit him and see what he's chatting about. Nevertheless, what do you think we're having?"
Yn smiled." I want a girl so we could play dress up."oakley rubbed the back of her neck and kissed her. She kissed back.
He let go and looked at her." I was thinking the same thing."Oakley and yn talked for hours about names and who was gonna be the favorite parent. Yn and Oakley ended up telling his mom and she wasn't so happy but yn was having the baby anyways. yn wonder what her friends would think. Yn didn't want to bring her child into a world full of negativity. Yn left oakley and he was there to deal with his mother.
