Chapter -3

Khan, here is the presentation, look at this module, I think it will impress the client, just held another meeting and try to convince him by giving him profit...-- Adrija said while forwarding him the presentation.

Profit?-- Mr. Khan asked.

We are the 60% partners and they are 40% partners of this project right? Just try to to make 55% of ours and there 45% and if this is also not working then make the deal 50--50, cause you know our company need a lead so that it can able to make profit. Last time we just saved ourselves from loss. So this time also we need to  look upon it. And which company is ready to pay double amount?- Adrija asked questioningly.

D I don't know..., But I think it's the topmost company in the south Asia -- Mr. Khan said.

Then search about it and convince the clients for one more meeting, I'll look at this matter -- Adrija said as she was the manager in her company in America before escaping from there, she is also an economic financial manager who know very well how to make company profitable and all. 

Ok..., I'm trying to get connected with them as soon as possible...-- Khan said and left from there.

It is Adrija who is making company profitable any how, she is trying her level best to make the company at no. 1 position for last almost two years and these strength she got from her daughter Mehar and and a good friend Khan with whom she met in her terrible condition who helped her financially and emotionally. He was the one who hide her from the whole world and give her strength at her weakest point. He was the one who take care of her during her pregnancy stage and give her moral stage. So for Adrija he is not a mere friend but we can call him her best friend and for Khan she is also his best friend and somewhere more then that from which we are still unaware.

D they are coming tomorrow for the meeting..., I hope you will take care of everything -- Khan said while sitting in her cabin. He just visited there to see her and Mehar as it is lunch time and his daily habit is to eat with them.

Ok..., I'll try my level best-- Adrija said while writing something in file.

It's alredy lunch time D..., Mehar is also waiting for you..., See how she is looking at us, as if she is angry with us -- Khan said and took her in his arms.

You start eating, I'm coming -- Adrija said and get up from the chair for freshen up.

You come then I'll eat, till then I'm feeding Mehar -- he said and opened the lunch box of Mehar, in which there is a plenty of rice, Daliya and egg.

Mehar just licked her tongue cause she is really hungry and daliya and egg is her favourite food.

Adrija just came there after freshening up while taking her hijab in her hand.

Gorgeous...-- Mr. Khan said when Adrija just slapped him on his shoulder lightly in a friendly manner.

Everyday, you complete your day with this type of complement, I don't think there is one day left in which you didn't say something to me-- Adrija said while opening her lunch box.

Hmm..., What I'll do, there is no girlfriend in my life for whom I used complement so I just try everything over you and Mehar -- Mr. Khan said while feeding Mehar.

Then make it, do marry, at least I'll able to enjoy someone's wedding and also I can able to see how Islamic wedding happen...-- Adrija said while eating her lunch.

When I'll get my type of girl, then definitely I'll marry, but for now, single is the best life cause there will be no headache of girlfriend fight and all.

Hmm that's true thing, in relationship you have to give and take, and it's more like a sacrifice so it's better to live alone...-- Adrija said when something hit in her mind and she gets numb all of sudden and her sudden silent noticed by Khan.

Flashback.

Will you marry after this night?-- She asked lowly.

Yes, why not, what are you thinking Rija that after this marriage, I'll leave you like other girls, no Rija, I really love you, and from last months I want you realized this, and today I got the opportunity to make you realize-- he said and kissed her on forehead as if he was saying from his gesture that he really cares for her, and respect for her.

Don't think like this-- He said and hugged her in his arms, and soon sleep overpowered her Adrija fell asleep in his arms.

This is our first and last night Rija, now my revenge is complete.-- he said and fall asleep there with a satisfaction smile on his face.

Flashback ended.

A drop of tear just left from her eyes, it's still painful for her. It's still a fresh wound for her, whenever she remember the incident she just lose his self control, the more she is trying to be strong from last years, the more she is empty and broken from inside. Just because of one person she left her friend, sister, brother-in-law, evrything.

D... Again you started this? How much I tell you that never waste your tears over such things which are not precious for your tears, just remove it from your life like we remove a dirty page from the copy. The more you will  try to remember the more it will give you pain...-- Mr. Khan said and Adrija just wiped her tears with the back of her hands.

For me it's horrible experience..., I never thought that he will do like this...-- Adrija said and just closed her eyes to control herself.

Mr. Khan knuckles turned white after seeing her crying face, whenever she get emotional or cry, his rage shooten up and he did something horrible, but now what he will do don't know.

It's seems like he feel the pain of her and didn't like to see her in pain, like our close one didn't like our crying face and our suffering in pain.
