Investors, high profile members of societies, government officials, the type of people that would make important decisions regarding the safety of the world gathered.
They all sat on red chairs looking at a glass window, with a white expensive room in it, only housing a few small things, and an odd giant machine.
They were waiting for the demonstration to begin, on the promise that it would revolutionise the way wars are fought and lives are saved.
"Imagine..." A voice called out.
All the heads in the room turned to face one of the back doors, a spotlight shining on the speaker, with a charismatic smile.
"A soldier...on a secret covert mission in an active war zone...they have been instructed to drop into a highly densely populated area...a parachute would cause too much suspicion...or get stuck" He continued.
The speaker walked down with a slight swagger, not the type of swagger someone brimming with confidence would have, but more like a rehearsed show of no fear.
"The soldier...simply jumps from the plane...no parachute, and bounces on the floor...no damage...silent" He continued. The room was silent.
"Or, a fireman, there's a fire on the 10th floor of a 20 floor building, all the fireman would have to do is focus...sink into the floor...and bounce" He began to finish.
"That's what I attempt to create today...ladies and gentleman you will be witnessing history...right in front of your eyes." The man finished.
The man stood in front of the crowd, now all able to see him in front of the large glass screen, as he smiled at them.

"And it is by no means, purely my idea, my team of researches and massive, massive funding from my good friend, Tony Stark that made all of this possible" Martin clapped.
Tony was in the far back of the room, honestly he could care less about this experiment, it just so happened that someone he did care about cared, so he cared.
"Now...here's the basics...rubber is one of if not the most elastic things we could get out hands on...my using a high concentrated beam that can charge the alpha particles and enhance them in materials...the material should not only become a lot more 'bouncy' but also cause the very thing it touched to become just as bouncy as well" Martin explained.
Nobody could really of grasped what he said, despite him only giving the basics, nobody understood what he had said. And Martin could tell.
