I hummed as my little sister sat the chest at the end of my bed, my hands in her hair as I braiding the front of her hair and rapped it around, holding the pieces together as I grabbed a barret with pearls atop it. I clipper the pieces together then smiled, patting her back. She stood up and walked over to my mirror with a grin, spinning around to make her dusty pink dress with lace flare sleeves at the end and a lace undercoat, as well as some pink lacing along the waist line. I jumped off my bed, trotting over to my dresser and grabbing her tiara out of my wardrobe and walking over to her holding it out.

"Happy birthday Alluka." I smiled as she turned around with her eyes immediately lighting up at the sign of the tiara with pink diamonds. She gently grabbed it, placing it on her head and looking back in the mirror before jumping at me with a huge hug.

"I love it big brother! How much was it? I'll pay you back." She grinned with a smile, pulling away and looking at me.

"It's a gift Alluka, just enjoy it." I smiled back at her and she immediately nodded her grin growing even larger.

"Me and Canary are going house riding so I have to go, I'll see you at dinner!" Alluka gave me another quick hug before running out of my room. I smiled, closing the door to my room before walking over to my wardrobe again, grabbing out one of my long sleeved robes with a hood and slipping it on. I slipped on my boots and quickly tied them before exiting my room, watching for guards as I made my way to the Royal garden. I walked through the garden, making my way to a wall and using the vines to scale it. I hoisted myself up and swung over the wall, landing on my feet and dusting off my hands as well as my garments. I threw up my hood up and smiled as I made my way through the forest, merging into a path that lead to the village once I was far enough away to not be seen by any guards in the towers. I smiled at the sight of the village, my smile growing wider once I entered the village. Kids playing, parents shopping, merchants chanting with each other. I became to walk around, browsing the shops as I did so, I smiled at a merchant as I picked up a ring with a blue jewel in it.

"Sapphire?" I asked as I looked up and the merchant nodded with a big smile that was accompanied by big red cheeks, gray hair and a gray mustache.

"5 pounds sir." He said with a warm jolly tone that reminded me of my grandfather. I palmed the ring as I dung into my pocket as pulled out the money, handing it to the man who began to count. He put out a hand, offering back some coins back. "3 pounds too many, here you go sir!"

"Keep it, have a nice day." I smiled, waving as he stood there for a moment before waving back. I walked away, slipping the ring into my finger and looking down at it with a smile as that mood was quickly interrupted by a man yelling. My head shot up, seeing a man holding a child by the arm in which I quickly walked over and grabbed the child away from the man and held him as he hugged me. "What's the problem?"

"This is rascal stole my watch!" He yelled, attempting to hit the child in which I smacked his hand away. His face boiled with anger and he raised a hit to hit me but before he could bring it down a man as beside him, tightly holding his wrist then pushing him back and stepping in front of me and the child. I took the child's arms off me, kneeling down and holding his hands. The man in front of us shoved a watch into the merchanted chest.

"Check your pockets before you blame children Tonpa." He said, glaring as the man made a nervous face before scurrying away. The child rapped his arms around my neck and I picked him up, standing up and holding him on my hip. The man turned around to look at us with a warm smile. "Are you guys alright?"
