Chapter 4 (Season 2) "Killer Mentality"

The Neighbor drives Adam and Penelope home. Sidney was already dropped off, as she left without saying a word and tears in her eyes. Adam felt a lot of emotions at first. Sad, angry, scared. But he didn't feel anything now. Penelope wants revenge, but doesn't want to make it worse. She wishes Troy was here right now. Troy was vile, but he'd do anything to protect her. The neighbor drops them off. They were scared to go in the house, as they knew they would get railed by questions and concerns. But they go in eventually.

They knocked on the door and Ms.Smith opened it with a shocked look on her face. Adam tried to move to his room, quickly. But Ms.Smith saw his face and called him down. "What the hell happened to you?! Where have y'all been!?" Said Ms.Smith. "You went out for food, then you come back all jacked up!" She looks at Adam. "And you said you were going out with friends, but you was out for almost two hours!" She looks at Penelope. "And I've been calling for your sister, but she's not responding! God, you kids have me worried!". "Who did that to you?! Who did this to him?!" Said Ms.Smith. "Nobody, mom!" Adam says. "Oh, really!? Because this doesn't look like nobody!" Ms.Smith says. "Pe, you better tell me who did this to him! Or I'm sending you back to child services!" Ms.Smith says to Penelope. "It was Torey's boyfriend and his friends" Penelope says. "Wyatt?!". "When Torey gets here, not only is she in trouble for not coming home, but she's gonna break up with that boy!" Ms.Smith says. "Mom, you don't have to do that!...Thanks a lot" Adam says to Penelope, rolling his eyes, as he runs upstairs to his room.

Ms.Smith calls Wyatt's father. "Hello. Is this Richardo Garcia?!". "Yep, this is him". "Keep your son away from my kids! I don't want him around Adam! I don't want him around Torey!". "What? What happened?" Mr.Garcia says. "Keep your SON AWAY FROM MY CHILDREN!". "I'll talk about this when I get ba-" Ms.Smith ended the call before Mr.Garcia finished his sentence.

Casey can't stop having hallucinations of Troy. Every time she's looking into a mirror, he's there. She knows it's fake, but it scares her to death. She can't even sleep because she's thinking about the attack, and she's scared it's going to happened again. To the point where she's sleeping with her parents to stay safe. She goes out to meet Cisco, but tells her Mom she's just going for a walk. Her Mom gives her pepper spray, just in case.

She goes to Cisco house and knocks on the door. The Door is answered by Domo. "Hey, Dom" Casey says. Domo didn't say anything. Casey goes in the house to see Cisco and Wyatt dealing. "Wassup, Case" Cisco says. "Hey". "Drugs in the bathroom. And don't think it's free this time. I only did that because I felt bad for you" Cisco said. "I know. Domo, this might be a weird question..but can you come with me?" Said Casey. A confused and weirded out Domo shakes his head "Hell no". "I'll come with you" Wyatt says. "I don't know you" says Casey. "You can get to know me". With hesitation and thought, Casey agrees. Casey wants someone else in the bathroom with her, as she fears the hallucinations of Troy.

Casey and Wyatt go in the bathroom. "You seem very smart. Not because you got glasses, but the way you carry yourself. So why are you taking these drugs?" Wyatt says. "You don't even know me" Casey says. "That's what I'm tryna do here" Wyatt says. "I don't know..it helps me get my mind off stuff" Casey said. "I can help take your mind off stuff" Wyatt says. "Really? Like how?". "Like this" Wyatt grabs Casey and pulls them together. "I don't think-" Wyatt's neck kissing stops Casey's sentence. "C'mon, this will help you keep your mind off the stuff you're stressing about. It helps me" Wyatt says. "I don't even know you" Casey says. "That's the point" Wyatt says, as he kisses her. He closes and locks the bathroom door. Wyatt kisses Casey as he's taking his and her clothes off. Casey lets it happen, as they start having intercourse.

Troy hasn't killed anyone since February. But now, he's ready to kill again, and he's going after Casey and her family. He knows Casey is scared that he's gonna attack her again. So he's gonna go after her Mother or father, just to torment her. Casey's father just got home from work, and Her mother is going grocery shopping. Leaving the dad alone, since Casey is at Cisco's house. The dad is on the couch, watching the NBA Finals reruns. Then, Troys makes his move, fully opening the slightly opened kitchen window. He quietly gets in and grabs a knife. He sneaks up on Casey's dad, tapping him on his shoulder. And as soon as he turns around, Troy drives a knife through his skull, killing him instantly. Troy flees the scene after.

Torey finally gets home after spending time at Wyatt's house. And she went home to a mess. "THERE YOU ARE, YOUNG LADY! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!?" Ms.Smith yells. "At Wyatt's. Didn't Adam tell you?". "OH SPEAKING OF THAT WYATT KID! YOU'RE GONNA BREAK UP WITH HIM NOW!". "WHY, MOM?! I KNOW YOU DIDNT ALWAYS LIKE HIM, BUT I LOVE HIM! AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS!" Torey says. "OH REALLY, HUH!? WELL, SINCE YOU THINK YOU'RE IN LOVE! JUST LOOK AT WHAT HE AND HIS LITTLE FRIENDS DID TO YOUR BROTHER!" Ms.Smith said. "What are you talking about?!" says Torey. "Go look at what they did to him!". Torey goes upstairs to Adam's room and opens the door. She looks at Adam's bruised face with a closed, swollen eye. "Get out!" Adam says to Torey, as he closes the door. Torey goes back downstairs. "Okay, he probably egged Wyatt on and got what he deserved" Torey said. "WHAT?! YOU'RE PICKING THIS DANGEROUS BOY OVER YOUR BROTHER!" Ms.Smith says. "No, Mom! Just making a evaluation! Wyatt wouldn't just do this!" says Torey. "He did though" says Penelope, as she comes in after listening for a minute. "We were minding our business, until his gang showed up and assaulted us". "Adam came in trying to help us, but they-..." Penelope didn't finish her sentence, as she started crying. A angry Torey walks up to Penelope. *BAM* Torey slaps Penelope. "You make up these fake stories on Wyatt to make me break up with him! FOR WHAT!?". "BECAUSE YOU WANT HIM! I saw the way you looked at him at the party! YOU DIRTY BITCH!" *BAM* Torey slaps Penelope again. Ms.Smith goes and breaks it up. Adam comes downstairs from his room after hearing the noise. "She's not lying. And the same boyfriend that you love. Is the same boyfriend who was hitting on her, not the other way around" Adam says. Torey's in shock, as she storms upstairs to her room. "TOREY, GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW! JUST WAIT 'TIL YOUR DAD GETS HOME!" Ms.Smith says. Torey didn't listen, slamming and locking her room's door. "Thank you for backing me" Penelope says to Adam. Adam didn't say anything and went back to his room. "Hey, Pe. What I said to you earlier. I was-". "Right! You were completely right!" Penelope cuts off Ms.Smith. "I'm just here because y'all need the money. I get why y'all gonna get rid of me, because look at what I'm doing to your family!" Penelope says, as she walks to her room. "Pe, wait..." Ms.Smith says.

Cisco starts getting suspicious about how long Casey and Wyatt have been in the bathroom. "They fucking?" Cisco says to Domo. Domo responds with shrugs shoulders. Cisco walks up to the bathroom door, banging on it. "AYE! I KNOW Y'ALL AIN'T FUCKING IN MY BATHROOM!". Wyatt and Casey hurries and whisper to get their clothes on while Cisco is banging on the door. Casey grabs the drugs, as Wyatt opens the bathroom door. "Were y'all fucking?" Cisco says. "Nah, man. She just couldn't find the drugs she wanted" Wyatt responds. "Yeah, aight.." Cisco says. Casey rushes out the house, quickly.

Casey's happy. Not just because she just lost her virginity and got her mind off of her stress, but she was able to finesse Cisco for some free drugs. But when Casey got home, she saw cop cars. Her heart dropped, as her crying mother walked up to her and hugged her. "Mom, whats wrong?". Her mother was crying so much, she couldn't answer her question. A cop walked up to Casey. "Are you Casey Howard?". "Yes" Casey responds. "I'm sorry to inform you, but your father has died".
