I wouldn't label this as a cute picture but I wanted to post it-
This is from Henry's time in the mental hospital-
Henry was an "aggressive" or "Mean" patient. (He was scared and having a manic episode)
And he also had "mild" schizophrenia (it got a little better over the years) He'd hear voices and stuff so they also did a lobotomy on him for that reason as well.
But incase you don't know what a lobotomy is. It's a surgery they'd do on patients back in the early 1900s for multiple reasons such as the reason(s) they did it on Henry. (Basically they make an incision into the prefrontal lobe of the brain.)
And this is Henry's doctor/therapist Dr. Allan.
Little fact about the hospital Henry was in. The doctors that they assigned to different patients didn't have ANY say in what happened to the patients
The MAIN doctor of the hospital had every say in what happened to the patients.
Therefore Dr. Allan had no say in the matter of Henry getting an lobotomy done on him.
