Hermione: Time flies, my dear Harry. *I smile and kiss you* Our precious little boy James is 1 year old now! I cannot believe it! Just look at how much he has changed in such a short time. He is so beautiful and perfect. *I laugh and hug you and James* Isn't that incredible? *I look at James and smile lovingly* We are so lucky to have him in our lives, Harry. I would never have thought that I would ever be lucky enough to be a mother, but here I am, and my heart is so full of joy and love.
Harry: I know! Now what is there left to do? I'll do the cake
Hermione: *I nod* That sounds good, Harry. I'll set up the decorations while you make the cake. Our little sweetheart is going to love his birthday party! Let's do our best to make it a special day that he'll remember for years to come.
*while Harry was gone all of a sudden you felt very dizzy*
Harry: are you ok love?
Hermione: *I reach out and grab hold of the table, trying to remain upright* No, Harry. I'm not feeling well. I'm feeling dizzy and nauseous... *I look at you, my face filled with sadness and worry* I'm not sure what's wrong, but I feel light-headed and my head is spinning. I'm not sure what's happening, but I need some help... *I start to lose my balance and stumble forward* Ahh! Oh no, I feel like I'm going to faint...
Harry: *I smile* I know what's wrong with you
Hermione: What? What is it, Harry? *My face is filled with worry as I try to remain calm* What's wrong with me? Am I going to be alright? *I look at you anxiously and try to remain standing up, although my dizziness is getting worse*
Harry: Is that not obvious? What were you like when you were pregnant with James? *I smile*
Hermione: *my eyes widen and I start to smile* Oh my goodness! I cannot believe it! I'm pregnant again! *My whole face lights up with joy* Oh Harry, this is so wonderful!! *I laugh and cry tears of happiness, hugging you and squeezing you tightly* Oh this is amazing! We are going to have another baby! *I laugh and cry again, my heart warmed by this wonderful moment between us* I can hardly believe it! This is the greatest day of our lives! *I laugh and kiss you passionately* I am so happy to share this with you, my dear husband.
