"W-what?."
Chuuya said in a soft but slightly sad tone. Dazai forgot that he was still in front of chuuya. He was to busy spacing out that he barely noticed chuuya.
"Chuuya." Dazai muttered. Then dazai looked at all the people that were staring at them. There were a lot of people that were looking, he looked back at chuuya. "Chuuya I'm sorry." He apologized.
"What?!" Chuuya yelled. "Sorry?" Chuuya was back to being angry. That's what dazai thought. Chuuya can never stay in another mood for even a second. He always just has to be mad.
Chuuya looked at dazai and rolled his eyes. It was like all the pain he was feeling was gone. "Whatever." Chuuya said as he walked away.
A few seconds after chuuya was at least an inch away, Dazai realized what chuuya said. He didn't say anything though. He just watched chuuya leave.
'Maybe it was better that dazai left the port mafia.' Dazai thought to himself. But, it wasn't for, or because of chuuya. So he couldn't really say that.. 'I'm sure chuuya didn't even care that I left. Right?..'
The night dazai left.
It was raining like the day of the present, chuuya was in his dorm that the port mafia had given everyone, that needed it. Turns out a lot of people didn't have homes, so there was lots of people in the dorms. Chuuyas dorm was near dazai's dorm.
If you asked chuuya, it was "the worst thing possible." Chuuya had to hear all of dazai's attempts, his loud music, and lots of other 'stupid' things dazai did. The good thing though was that dazai was rarely in his dorm, and mostly in his office doing work.
Or he would be tormenting Akutagawa. All the time after he did that since the moment chuuya found out dazai did that he comforted him. Chuuya knew that aku showed that he didn't care. But chuuya kept doing it. Chuuya felt bad for aku.
All of a sudden there is a knock on chuuyas dorm room door. "Huh? Oh come in." Chuuya said, realizing that he was spacing out, and could have been doing something important other then spacing out.
A few seconds after chuuya said that, the door slowly opened. It was dazai.
"Dazai? Oi why are you here?" Chuuya asked to dazai with confusion. Dazai would never be caught in chuuyas room, but I guess he is now so..
"Chuuya I have a question for you." Dazai said this in a very serious and stern tone.
"Huh? Erm well okay?" Chuuya said in confusion. This question must be important since dazai would have probably asked him when they were in the PM building.
"Chuuya, what would you do if I left the port mafia?" Chuuya looked up at dazai "huh? Where did this come from.?" Chuuya wanted to know more but he also wanted dazai to get the hell out of his room.
"Oh, it's nothing chuuya I just want to know what you would do." Dazai looked away from chuuya. "Thats a weird question.but I honestly wouldn't care. Is that all?" "Uh huh. Have a good night." Dazai turned around and walked over to the door. Chuuya didn't know if dazai was serious. Probably not. It was really weird that dazai had come to his dorm for the first time and he asked the most strangest question.
It was probably nothing and dazai was most likely drunk and wouldn't remember this. But... dazai didn't seem drunk. Huh.. well whatever, chuuya was probably overthinking this. But.. what if dazai was serious.?
The next morning
chuuya woke up to find himself having a weird feeling, he wasn't sick but he had a bad feeling. He just ignored it and then went to the port mafia after changing and doing whatever he needed to do before going out. "Sir, you have been called to bosses office." Someone told him.
"Huh? Oh alright thank you." He ended with a bow before walking over to moris office.
