A HALLOWEEN PARTY WAS THE PERFECT DISTRACTION KYNLEE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR. At least when it came to the nightmare she had last night. Everything else in her life was fine except for her lack of healthy sleep and budding insomnia.
Halloween was Kynlee's second favorite holiday of the year. The first was Día de Muertos, which was celebrated directly after October thirty-first. This would be her first year celebrating it without Pa, Malik, and Ibrahim in person, though. They were planning on FaceTiming both days and celebrating with Sam and Tara to make up for it. Chad, Mindy, and Anika were going to join in some of the celebrations too.
