Ranku's Pov
Me and Yuno are casing after Asta.
"Wait up". Said Yuno
Yuno then trips and falls.
"Y...Yuno are you o...okay"? I asked in worry
"Yuno ah geez are you ok"? Asked Asta
We both then see Yuno crying.
"Want a hand"? asked Asta
He then helped him off the ground.
"See everything's okay me and Ranku will have your back". Said Asta
He nodded whipping the tears away.
We then continued running up the hill to the other's.
We then finally arrived up the hill and at the tree.
We start eating stale bread.
"Your such a great cook sister lily when I get older will you marry me and cook for me"? Asked Asta
"Actually father the one that baked that so maybe you should marry him". Said sister lily
"No gross"? Asked Asta
"Marry me, marry me". Said Asta throwing a tantrum
Sister then pulls out her grimoire and he calms down.
"You can't marry Sister Lily". Said Yuno
"And why not"? Asked Asta
"Because she is sister of the cloth". Said Yuno
Timeskip.
"And so a deep, cold and seemingly darkness cover the world it was on the brake of destroyed by a demon". Said sister lily telling us the story
"That demons a jerk". Said Asta
I was covering my ears until.
"Ranku it's okay the demon isn't going to hurt any of us". Said Asta
"A...Are y....you s..sure"? I asked
"Yes I'm sure". He said
"O...Okay". I said uncovering my ears
Sister continues telling the story.
"One brave mage stepped forward and hoped to dispell the darkness, finally he defended the demon the darkness was now and it was a new dawn, the lone mage was then made the Wizard king". Said sister lily
"Wow the Wizard king". Said Asta and Yuno
Timeskip.
We are now outside.
Asta asked sister Lily if there's a Wizard king now and decided to become the Wizard king.
After giving his explanation he asks Sister Lily to marry him.
And of course he gets denied again.
Timeskip.
It is now December.
I'm now help sister lily with laundry when Asta asked to help.
All of sudden Yuno walks are way with baby Nash crying.
Asta then takes him to try to get him to stop crying but fails.
I take Nash away from him and started sing.
After I was done humming I give Nash to sister lily.
"Wow Ranku that was good". Said Yuno
I nodded in thanks nervously.
Father Orsi then lands and walks over to us and asks Yuno to deliver a letter to the chief of a neighboring village.
I decided to follow Yuno.
As I'm following him accidentally slip and fall on the ice.
"Ouchie". I said and a tear rolled down my cheek
"Eh Ranku what you doing here"? Asked Yuno
"I w...was worried s...so I followed". I said
He then helps me up and we continued to the village.
After we delivered it started heading back.
When we accidentally ran into a man.
"U..Um sorry s...sir". I said
All of sudden he grabs Yuno's necklace.
"Hey give that back". Said Yuno
The man then kicks him away.
"Yuno"!!! I yelled
Tears started to form.
"P....Please sir give it back it b...belongs to him please I b...beg of you". I said
After doing so the man grabs ahold of my head.
"Brats like you don't deserve nice things". The says
"P....Please let me go y....your hurting me". I said
"Let him go". Said Yuno about use his magic
"You think a weak spell like that going to hurt just try and you'll die". Said the man
All of sudden Asta runs at the man causing the man to drop me.
I watch as the man beats up Asta and once he gets bored he drops Yuno necklace.
Asta then falls to the ground after the man leaves.
Yuno then blames himself.
All of sudden I started crying.
"Ranku what's wrong"? Asked both Yuno and Asta
"I a...am s..s...so w..weak all I..I did was w..watch". I said
"Your not weak you tried to help Yuno necklace back earlier without hesitation". Said asta
They then both talked about becoming the Wizard king.
"Alright let's do it". Said Asta
"Let's promise to fight to see who will become the Wizard king what do you say Ranku"? They both asked
"I am not really wanting to be Wizard king but I want to be a captain of my own magic knight squad". I said joining there fist bump
Timeskip.
It's been a week since Yuno and Asta made that promise.
I was now walking through town all of sudden I was stopped by a group of boys.
"Hey guys look it's that commoner boy from that church". Said the leader
"Excuse me if you don't mind I really need to go home". I said calmly with emotionless face and walked passed them
But one of them grab my wrist.
"You don't walk away till we say so you no good commoner". The boy says
All of sudden the boy was punched by Yuno and Asta they then started to fight the other Boy's.
"Don't mess with are brother Ranku you hear me". Said Asta
The boys that Asta and Yuno were fighting left.
"Don't worry Ranku will always have your back". Said Asta
I smile at that and we walk home.
Present time:
I'm now watching as Yuno and Asta about to fist bump each other.
I then walk over to them and join in.
After that we headed home.
