Abilitys: Mikado has the ability to create purple electricity. He can create foxes, out of said electric, that do his bidding, and small structures that can produce electricity by themselves. He is able to strike down someone or send out zaps with certain hand motions. He is able to grow and control Sakura trees and pettles, for he has a divine connection to them.
Before joining the Straw Hats: He stayed in LougeTown for 24 years after Gold Rodger was executed, unable to cope with his death. He only left once Luffy persuaded him.
