Devin stormed out of their estate angrily. They had just gotten back from a mission to go see Giyu only to be met with something.... Unpleasant. Devin stormed into Tengen and Ariahs estate. Devin opened the door to Ariah looking at her from her chair.
"What's wrong?" Ariah said. "First of all how did you know I was walking down the hallway? I'm not that loud." Devin questioned quickly. Ariah pointed to her ears. "Sound breathing?" "Oh yeah. Whatever." Devin said crossing their arms as they walked over to Ariahs window, opening it and sitting on the frame to admire the landscape. "Again, what's wrong?" Ariah questioned for the second time.
"It's Giyu. He forgot it was our anniversary today. I gave him SO MANY hints, but no. He still doesn't know what today is." Devin explained, rubbing their temples. Devin then looked over to Ariah again just to see her looking at the door again. "Why are you-" Devin was going to ask before being interrupted by Tengen walking in. "Oh yeah, sound breathing." Devin thought.
"What's up with you? Why are you stomping down the hallway?" Tengen asked. "Giyu forgot out anniversary today, and I don't wanna see him so I came to talk to Ariah." Devin replied. "But isn't-" Ariah was in the middle of a sentence only to have a pen thrown at them by their older brother. "Oooww! What the hell! So not cool dude." Ariah yelled with a hand on her head. Tengen walked over to Ariah, head locking her.
"Oh my god really? So not flashy... You should really go to him and tell him what day it is! Yell at him yknow!" Tengen said enthusiastically. "Yeah! I should!" Devin yelled, jumping down from the window and running to find Giyu. "Your one cool dude Tengen." Ariah said, laughing. "A very flashy one at that!" He replied with much pride.
Devin ran to their partner, seeing them in the distance. "Giyu!" Devin yelled, making Giyu spin on his heels to look at Devin. He waited for them to catch up, continuing walking once they caught up. "Yes?" He said, not looking at Devin. "You really don't know what day it is?.. Devin said harshly. "Thursday." Giyu replied.
Devin slapped Giyu's arm. "Dude! It's out anniversary! How the fuck could you possibly forget this?" Devin yelled. Giyu backed up, with a questioning look. "Out anniversary is next month." He said with his eyebrows raised. Devin backed up counting the days. Their eyes went wide when the figured out Giyu was right. "It is... Shit.." Devin mumbled.
They dead panned, leaning into Giyu. "I'm so sorry. I thought it was today... I'm so so sorry-" Devin was flabbergasted, bamboozled, dumbfounded, when Giyu softly kissed them on the lips. "You talk to much." He said with a slight smile. Devin smiled, slipping their hand in his. They continues walking on the path leading to a nearby pond. "Also, I forgive you." Giyu added. "Thanks." Devin replied softly.
Ariah and Tengen sat in a tree above the two. "I told you." Tengen said. Ariah rolled her eyes "I guess you were right." Ariah said fist bumping her older brother. He held up the peace sign at her showing how flashy he really was.
When Devin and Giyu reached the pond, Ariah and Tengen proceeded to throw petals in the air to set the romance vibes.
Bonus:
Devin and Giyu shared a kiss, Devin running their hands through his long black Raven colored hair. Both Devin and Giyu stopped when they heard a loud moan from the trees and laughter afterwards. "TENGEN YOU DOOFIS THEY HEARD US, RUN!" A figure, Ariah, from the trees yelled before hitting another figure, Tengen, on the head, both running afterwards laughing. Both Devin and Giyu looked at each other, soon smirking at each other then chasing the two. "I'M GONNA KILL YOU BOTH! " Devin yelled, hearing two screams. "SO NOT COOL!" Devin heard Ariah say.
