We all walked down the sidewalk for 20 minutes. "Guys," you groaned. "My feet hurt." You said while laughing a bit. "Okay, well Mark why don't you carry her." (B/F) said with a smile. You regretted saying something after that. "Oh, uh no I can walk." You blushed. Mark turned to you. "I mean, if they really do hurt I don't mind to carry you on my back. I mean, you don't look heavy at all and plus, I have a lot of cousins and stuff that are kids so I am pretty used to it." He said smiling. "No thanks Mark, I can walk. I will be just fine." You said with a laugh. "Alright, if you say so." He said turning back around. His cheeks were a bit read to.
It was about 10 minutes later. You guys took a right and saw a huge building. "We are here." (B/F) said with a smile. She/He started to run towards the building. "Yeah, were is exactly here?" You questioned. Mark pointed to a sign. It was a museum. "No way, I love museums!" You yelled. "Yeah, (B/F) told me you did and this one is my favorite one around." He grinned at you.
You guys entered. "I can pay for it." You said pulling your wallet out. It was only five dollars for each person. You pulled out fifteen bucks and handed it to the lady. She smiled at you. You turned around to see Mark just staring at you with his wallet in his hand. You laughed. "Should've been faster." You smiled at him. His mouth was opened a bit like he was hurt. You walked next to Mark and patted his shoulder. "It'll be okay buddy." You laughed again.
Mark ran to the front and opened the door. "Ladies first." He said opening the door. You grinned at him, walking in after (B/F). "Okay so I've only been here once and I don't really know where the stuff is located." (B/F) said. Mark headed to the front. "Bob and Mandy took my here once when they visited and Molly and Wade took me another time because they really wanted to see some here. I really like is and I kind of know where the stuff is located, I'll lead." He said. "You know, for a blabbering goof ball like you, you seem to know a lot." You laughed. Mark blushed and grinned at you.
He grabbed a small map for the musem just in case we got lost. He stuck it in his back pocket. He fixed his flannel he was wearing like he was a bit nervous. "Mark? Are you sure you know where we are going?" You asked. "Uh, yeah, or course I do. I mean, why wouldn't I?" Mark mumbled. "Uh-huh. Mark, hand me the map." You told him holding your hand out. He handed you the map acting hurt again. He puckered his bottom lip out. You look at (B/F) who was looking at his/her phone. They looked a bit mad.
You looked back at Mark who seemed a bit embarrassed. You felt bad for taking the map from him. I mean, he probably knows this place better then you do anyways m "Would you like to give it a try Mark?" You question. He smiled big. "I would love to." He said taking the map. His fingers brushed your hand and sent chills up your back. His hands were warm and soft.
Mark opened the map and looked for a moment. "This museum is actually pretty big." He said. "There is this thing Wade and Molly showed me, I'd like to show you guys." Mark said. He seemed pretty excited about it until he saw (B/F). He/She was still looking down at their phone. They seemed more mad then before. "Hey (B/F), you okay?" You ask looking at him/her to Mark. Mark seemed just as confused as you. "Yeah, I'm fine (F/N), I just need some air real fast. You guys go ahead." He/She said. "Um, no. What's wrong? We aren't leaving you alone." You replied. "Its really okay. Its just some stupid ex, you know? I can take care of it. I will call you when its over. If you need anything, just call me." (B/F) smiled and left.
"Well, what now?" You said. Mark put the map back into his back pocket and started to walked. You turned around debating if you should go check on (B/F) or not. "(F/N)? Are you coming or not?" He asked. You turned back around towards Mark. "Yeah, I'm coming." You said in a soft voice.
