Koko: Damn it! I'm not getting through!
Here we see, Koko in a triggered state calling HQ about some interference, in the middle of some arid environment in a convoy. With Lutz as Koko's driver sweat dropping due to Koko's ranting...
Koko: Jamming? "Maybe"?! "Maybe" doesn't cut it! Identify the problem ASAP!
Lutz: Look out! The Little Lady is a bit teed off.
Koko: HQ is friggin' inept. They tick me off...We're meeting up with Valmet and Tojo in the next town and I can't reach them! Although It goes without saying...Who are those guys?
Koko was deep in thought for their unwanted security as a Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) leads their convoy.
(Insert Jormungand OP 1 "Borderland")
Lehm: That vehicle belongs to the national border police. What should we do, Koko?
Koko: There's no need to stop. If they think a mere LAV can stop a 20-ton truck, I'd love-
Suddenly the LAV at the front explodes that rocked the vehicles behind it, slamming the breaks hard and getting the trucks under control the team managed to stay in control of the vehicles and the merchandize within it.
Lutz: Hey! Don't go outside, Little Lady!
As Koko got out the vehicle only to be in a shocked state
Koko: Wh-What in the world?!
"PULSAR"
Lehm: *Chuckling* They're fighting over a pipeline. This is a raging battlefield now. It's why your phone wasn't gettin' through, Koko
Lehm hands Koko a pair of binoculars so Koko would understand by there's no signal over by the phone.
Lehm: GMS mobile phone base stations, telephone offices, and microwave transmission sites have been getting blown up by both sides. It's advantageous for them to control communications. Even satellites aren't perfect. This is a covert war.
Koko: Hmm...You sure know a lot about this, Lehm.
Lehm: You think?
But as the team were chatting about and guarding the site, they are being observed by unknown forces.
Observer: There are two oversized trucks and a squad equipped with small arms. They appear to be guards. And there's an out-of-place woman throwing a fit.
Radio: That's our dealer. Don't fire.
By the observer's binoculars, Koko raised her hands along with the team while being at gun point...
Koko: Yeah, yeah. We aren't your enemies. Not that we're your friends, either.
This turn of events is quite normal for the arms dealer and her team of guards...except for an unhappy bunch of contractors that were tasked to guard/ shadow her.
