Since yesterday,Mike has been giving you smirks whenever he saw you,but you didn't know why.You were expecting something to happen,but not really expecting what DID happen.
After your shift,Chris came up to you and offered you to walk you home.You agreed and both of you walked home together.
"So..." he started.
"So....."
That's when it magically started to rain,making both of you wet.
"RAINNNNN!!!!" you yell happily.
Chris chuckled at you,"yeah rain..."
You blush,"I just love the rain...don't judge me."
He smiled,"I won't."
Both of you kept on walking,you occasionally splashing into puddles.Chris was almost completely wet by the time you were at your house.
"Hey (y/n)...."
You turn,"yes?"
He blushed,"can I just ask you something?"
You nod.
He sighed,"will...you..."
You waited.
"Willyoubemygirlfriend?"
You looked at him,"what?"
He mentally facepalmed.
"I said..."
You look at him in the eye.
"Will you be my girlfriend...?"
You stared at him,making sure this wasn't a dream.
"I-I....."
You couldn't answer.
He stared at you.
Then it just came out of your mouth.
"YES!"
You hugged him tightly,not wanting to let go as he hugged you back,smiling.
The rain got heavier,as you two shared that sweet hug in the rain.
