Once the group of 3 left Amalia felt a tug on her hand, she looked at Harry "a-are we still going shopping?" he asked. Amalia nods "Yeah we are, it won't be shopping as in going to buy things we'll go for ice cream, while Sebastian runs some errands for me" he nods smiling a little, they got to the ice cream shop it was quiet. "My Lady, I will get what you need and when you're finished here we will return" Sebastian informed them. Amalia nodded "ok, thank you Sebastian well stay here" he nodded and left. Harry looked at all the flavours, the worker said "Ah Amalia you're here, oh who's this?" she looked to see the owner and said "Hello sir, it's my brother, it's nice to see you, Harry just let him know what you want" he wasn't sure. she knelt and said "Not sure?" he nods "There's lots," he told her. She smiled at him "I know, tell you want I know how you can try every flavour" he looked at her wondering. She could see it in his eyes, she looked at the worker "Can we get a taster range for every flavour? But a small spoon of each" she asked they nodded "That's fine, and your usual?" they asked. Amalia said "Yep well be in the back where it's quiet" They went to the back.

Amalia's Pov

I watch Harry sit down he's trying to take everything in but it's like he can hear I need to see how much of his hearing is affected and if it can be fixed easily or something we need to adapt to, but I need to take things slow and slowly introduce them to him so he isn't overwhelmed on everything new. "Harry" I call out to him, he jumps and looks at me "We'll be back soon, so don't worry you'll see everything, I come here regularly and am still finding lots to do and new things each time" he nods "listen, I have to go away in September," I tell him I need to prepare him for me going to school like with a plaster, it's best to rip it off fast than put it off if I do it'll be harder and harder to say whereas now he can prepare himself. "y-your leaving?" I hear his voice crack a little as he asks me, I hold his hand "Not in that way, I'm not leaving you as in going away forever, you see when a witch or wizard turns 11 no matter where in the world, they get a letter from a school to go and learn more magic, I got a lot of letters from a lot of schools, asking me do I want to come, I got them on my 11th birthday like you will in 2 years' time, you'll get a letter do you understand what I'm saying?" I ask him to see if he understands it, and not that I'm abandoning him I can't have him think that.

He looks at me as if thinking it over "That you're just going to school?" he asks to make sure he understands what I've told him. I nod "Yes, but the school is a boarding school, meaning I stay there and come home on breaks like winter and stay home all summer too, but I can write and also call you on a two-way mirror so we can talk all night, and you can tell me everything you have done" I want him to know I'm not abandoning him he's only just found me "I'll still see you?" he looks at me with big green eyes asking almost like they have tears in them. I nod "of course you will still see me, Harry, I'll come home on breaks if I could come home every weekend I would, but I can't but I might have a way you can visit, that is it's a maybe not a promise, my mother's family we have a saying, we don't make promises we cannot keep, and any we make we keep ok" he nods understanding what I'm saying. I don't want to make a promise to him I can't keep especially after everything that he's been through. I smile soon the ice cream comes, I know his stomach can't handle a lot, so a small spoon of each flavour lets him try but not over-face him, and it also lets me see if he has any allergy. I watch him try them I will make sure to show the memory to Uncle Sirius and Remus later.

I eat mine soon Harry has had them "I like ice cream, though some flavours" I nod as he tells me I smile at him "I know what you mean, everyone is different Harry, the healer at the hospital said they recommend you speak to a mind healer" "what's that?" Harry asked I can understand him wondering since he's only known the muggle terms so some of the terms is confusing even if they mean the same, they have different names. "well it's like a councillor or therapist in the muggle world, they do the same here what they talk about is between you and them, they also with your permission look into your mind but unless you say they won't, but it's not now, but soon all I want you to do at the moment is get settled in meet your family, like your godfathers and people I can trust who have sons and daughters even nieces and nephews your age, and you can have some friends ok" he nods. I smile and rub his head at least he understands, "so Harry what do you like?" I need to get to know him and about his hobbies, his birthday is soon. he looks "I-I don't know, I wasn't allowed to like things" What the hell! Ok I am going to fix that, he can try anything and everything until he finds something he likes "well let's find out together, I think you will like quidditch our dad loved it before they passed, you would zoom on the toy broom but if you don't then you don't no pressure" I reassure him it's ok. He nods smiling I'm glad I got him to give a smile even if it was small, we talk I explain about some of the magical world, he seems to love learning about the magic world I can't blame him it's all new to him. "Yeah, we are Sebastian, have you got everything?" I ask "Yes I have, I've had Meymey take it back to the manor for us" Great, I get up and dust myself off and make sure we have everything and put the tray back. "who's that?" I look at Harry, I can understand him wondering who that is. "Someone who works at the manor, you'll meet them soon" he nods we leave.
