Chapter 1

Serene Lavelle Heredia"

Pagbaba ko palang sa sasakyan ko ay sinalubong na agad ako ng mga tinginan ng mga estudyante, Some are taking photos of me, Some are drooling, and some are furious and jealous cause probably their so called crush's are drooling over me again. "Another day, Another Slay" Sabi ko sa isip ko habang nakangisi.

Everyone is making a way for me like I'm a goddess. I headed straight to my locker ignoring everyone to get my books for my chemistry subject.

As I was getting my stuff out of my locker, Everyone's attention shift. Suddenly a bunch of girls started screaming. I shook my head as I saw my brother and his so called "friends" Dalton and Gavin.

I didn't payed attention to them and focused on what I'm doing. Umalis nako sa lockers area para pumunta sa first period ko.

I was using my phone while walking, I'm about to turn right when I suddenly bumped into someone and all my stuff fell of my hands.

I'm about to fall my butt of but luckily I managed to balance my body. "Watch where you're going." Tumingin ako sa lalake. He's handsome, Tall, He has a black messy hair which fit his aura, He has almond brown eyes and.... Expressionless face.

I didn't realize I was holding an eyes contact with him for almost 2 minutes.

I cleared my throat. "You weren't also watching the way."  Ani ko  "It's not my fault that you're using your phone while walking." I rolled my eyes on him as he scoffed. "Clumsy." He said on his low deep tone while walking away but I managed to hear it.

Sayang gwapo sana kaso ang sungit. Di kana sana magka jowa Mr stranger. Dumiretso ako sa chemistry room.

Wala pa ang prof that made everyone mind their own business. I sat on my chair near the window. After sometime the professor came and everyone greeted him a good morning.

He started our previous discussion. He was lecturing but a knock cut him of. He open the door and my eyes almost pop out when I saw who it was. The prof talk to him.

"Please introduce your self Mr Santiago." Ani prof. "Hi everyone my name is Liam Calter Santiago I'm a newbie here so I hope we'll get along."

He said with a smile curve in his face. "Okay Mr Santiago, Please sit beside Ms Torres." The prof said at tinaas naman ni Mika ang kanyang kamay.

Prof continue our lesson but again a knock cut him of. I just put my head on the desk and looked outside the window.

"Mr Diaz kindly introduce yourself please." Prof said. "I'm Lucas Travis Diaz." A deep familiar voice echoe inside my head as I looked up and saw him.

The one whom I bumped with earlier. Si Mr Masungit. "Please sit beside Ms Heredia" I froze as the professor mentioned my surname.

"Ms Heredia? Please raise your hand" I hesitantly raise my hand as I didn't have any choice. He walked on my direction and sat beside me not giving me a single glance.

The prof again started his lesson until he dismiss our class. I fix my stuffs and was about to go out para pumunta sa cafeteria.

I felt someone's presence on my back but I didn't dare to look who's there "Long time no see serene." That voice.. The voice that hunts me. "What do you want Liam?" I asked him. "You" Ani nito as I close my eyes furiously.

I quickly got up and was about to go away but he held my arms tightly that made me hiss in pain. "Ano ba Liam?!" I shouted at him annoyed. "Please serene I want you back in my life"  he said in a pleading tone. "We're done Liam! Matagal na tayong tapos can't you move on?!" I look at him with my furious eyes. "Stop whatever you're planning to do liam hindi nako babalik sayo." Diin na sabi ko sa bawat pangungusap na lumabas sa bibig ko.

The day went on hindi pa din ako tinitigilan ni liam hanggang sa pag uwi. He offered to give me a ride but I refuse. I don't want to be in the same page with my ex. Hindi ko na nga kinakaya sa loob ng classroom sa sasakyan pa kaya.

I was scrolling in my phone on twitter sa page ng saint francis students. When a tweet caught my attention.

I scoffed sa tweet ni ayumi. I turn of my phone and roll on my bed. I stared at the ceiling.

"Ang gwapo mo sana kaso ang sungit mo naman" I keep on thinking of what happened earlier when I bumped into him. I blush like an idiot after our eye contact flash to my mind.

Kinaumagahan nagising nalang ako. Di ko napansin na nakatulog pala ako habang iniisip yung nangyare.

I took a quick shower. I just did my morning routine saka ako bumaba to have my breakfast.

As I was expecting my breakfast is still my favorite pancakes. Kumakain lang ako at hindi mapigilan ngumiti dahil sa sarap. "Ang aga mo ngayon bunso ah" Ani ni kuya Shan sabay punta sa ref.

"Masarap breakfast eh" He chuckle and sat on the middle chair opposite me. "I heard liam is here." I just nod a little at bumalik na sa pagkain ko.

Just like what happened yesterday, Everyone is gathered around my car like I was some kind of celebrity. Yeah this is what my morning in school like.

Just like what I always do. I head straight to my locker ignoring everyone who's drooling over me.

The prof is lecturing but my gaze was on lucas. He's handsome everything is perfect his eyes was something I can't explain "I know I'm handsome but you don't have to stare at me like a hungry lion serene." I quickly looked away and blush, out of embarrassment.

You just embarrassed yourself serene! Wala kang hiya! I cursed myself inside my mind and close my eyes.

And just like that the day went on so fast.
