My eyelids twitch open as the sun creeps up my window into my glittering purple eyes.
I slowly move my legs off of the bed onto the floor. Then walk over to my closet. I pull out a black turtleneck, a white and blue jacket, and some black pants. To make it look better, I add a necklace. No, two necklaces. Then, I surround my eye with red eyeliner.
My mother shouts out to me that it's time to go. So I walk quickly out of the house to the pathway leading to my high school.
When I arrive, Aether and Lumine are standing in front of my locker. I wave to them.
"Hey, Scara, get over here!" Lumine shouts. I walk over. "I'm here, what's happening?" "Oh, nothing." Lumine replies. "If it's nothing, get out of the way. Your in front of my locker. I need to get in it, class is almost going to start." I say glaring at her.
"Oh fine. Aether? Let's go." I watch as the two walk off and turn the corner. I then start to put in my locker combination. I forgot it.
I turn on my phone knowing that I saved the combination somewhere. Bingo! My hands swiftly turn the lock and not long after, my locker opens.
The bell rings so I quickly get over to my classroom and sit in my seat.
"Welcome, mostly everyone. Today, we have someone new joining us. I hope you all respect him." A boy a bit taller than me enters the room, his hair is in a low ponytail. And he has a reddish streak in his hair. I can hear Kaveh gasp. Oh god, he's going to make the new kid his personal doll.
"May you introduce yourself, sweetheart?" Mrs. Shenhe asks politely. I despise her politeness, it makes me sick.
"Hello," the new kid says. "I am Kaedehara Kazuha."
His voice feels like the breeze, a flower ready to bloom, a leaf falling from the sky, the wind when you are on a hill. It's calming.
"You may sit on the far left, behind Yoimiya." A blonde girl in a bun raises her hand, so that's Yoimiya? I could've swore Yoimiya sat in the way back.
He walks over to her and sits down behind her. I hope nobody decides to pick on him, he looks pretty sweet.
