There was a war once, between the two Gods of dragons, Godzilla and King Ghidorah.
Godzilla was one who wanted coexistence with other species of the world.
King Ghidorah however, wanted the world to belong to just the dragons.
They fought to become the one and only God of dragons. But they realized that there was a bigger threat.
Kaijus. From Kong, to Rodan, to Methuselah, they all were threats.
Only one was friendly, Mothra, while the others were all enemies and wanted to kill both.
The two Gods realized that they had to work together to ensure their survival. While fighting them Mothra was killed and Godzilla went thermonuclear and destroyed all kaijus. They realized that they were to powerful and decided to sleep until they were needed again.
