The Sunset

I wake up not to a hard floor like I had thought but to my bed. I open my eyes to see kaleb next to me with his arms tightly around my waiste. I tried to push him off of me but he just groaned and pulled me closer.
"Kaleb" I said.

"Mmm" he groaned and rolled me on top of him.

"How did I get in bed?" I asked curiously.

"I picked you up and put you up here" he said casually.

"Why?" I asked.

"My princess will not sleep on that hard floor" he said with a smile.
I started to blush and look down.

"Your blush is so adorable" he said.

After a couple more minutes of laying there I began to think. How was he even able to spend the night? My aunt should be flipping out.

"How did you get away with staying here last night?" I asked him.

"Your aunt said I could stay with you when ever I wanted to" he said.

"Why?" I asked

"I told her we were dating" he said as he grabbed a hold of me once again.
I layed there on him just staring at him in shock. Why would he tell her that?

I soon got up and grabbed some clothes to change into. Kaleb walks up behind me and i turn around with a curious look on my face.

"What?" I asked

"I thought you'd need help in there" he says trying to act innocent.

I shake my head and close the door behind me. I go to the mirror above the sink and see how bad I look. My hair is all tangled and looks like I haven't brushed it in months. My eyes are red and I look like I've been punched in them.

I walk over to the shower and turn it on. I get in and enjoy the warmth of the water.

I get out fourty minutes later and put my clothes on. I open the door to find that kaleb is back in my bed laying down on his phone.

"So what to you wanna do today ayla?" He asked me earning a very confused expression back.

"I gotta go to work today" I lied.

He walks up to me with a grin on his face. "Trying to get rid of me? I know you dont have work."

I couldn't think of anything to say I just stood there looking stupid.

He walks out of my room and shuts the door behind him. I thought he gave up on me and went to look for someone else to spend today with him. But moments later he came back in new clothes and told me to come on.

We get in the car and when he turns it on taylor swift starts blaring through the speakers.  He stares at me wide eyed.
I burst into fits of laughter. He mumbled something and pulled out of the driveway.

After an hour of endless driving I started get agitated woundering when we would get to wherever it is we were going.

"Where are we going exactly? We've been driving for the past hour" I said

"Only twenty more minutes to go" he said keeping his eyes focused on the road.

I got bored so I turned on the radio and turned it up really loud. I started singing and dancing along to the song that was currently on and he just looked at me in pure amazement.

"You sing very well" he told me.

I turned away as I began to blush. He turned yhe radio off signaling that we were here. I look up to see that we were at the beach. Why did he bring us here?

He got out of the car and went around to the trunk and opened it. I slowly started getting out of the car. He came to my side and handed me a purple and blue cheetah swimsuit.

"How do you know what size I am?" I asked curiously.

He shrugged and said "I guessed".

We walked to the closest bathrooms and changed. I took longer I guess because when I got out he was sitting there waiting by the entrance. He looked up at me and smiled. Gosh he is so cute... no! What are you thinking? I thought.

We started walking to the beach and he said "race ya" and we started running forwards the water both trying to win.

He got to the water first of course. When I finally got the he picked me up and threw me underwater. When I resurfaced I gave him a death glare that signaled he was so dead. He realised what a horrible mistake he just made and he took off running.

After about two minutes of chasing after him I got tired and plopped down in the sand. He looked back at me and started walking my way. I sad there for a few moments playing in the sand before I got enough courage to ask what ive been dying to know.

"Whats so interesting about me? Why do you talk to me for?" I asked hoping he'd actually tell me.

"Because your perfect" he said as if it were a normal thing to say.

I turned away trying to hide the blush that was appearing on my face.

Soon the sun began to set and it was so beautiful.  We sat there next to eachother watching thw sun sink beneath the water.
It started to get dark and the stars started to appear.

"We should probably head back now" I said a little tired.

We stood up and started walking to the car. We got in the car and started our drive back home. It was only about a minute after we got in and I had felt myself slip into sleep.

I woke up to someone picking me up. I look up to see its kaleb. He doesnt notice that I'm awake so I pretend to still be asleep. He walks up stairs and lays me in the bed and puts the blanket over me.

He walks to the bathroom and comes out ten minutes later. He has no shirt on now and he looks very sleepy. He walks over to the bed and gets in. He pulls me in close to him and kisses my forehead. 

"I know your asleep and can't hear me but I really like you and hope one day you will be mine" he said before falling asleep.
