He had a child too. He was around for him, but feared what his eldest brother might say and just never told him. Eventually the child committed and he was devastated. He didn't attend his nieces funeral because his own child funeral was on the same day, and just decided to go under the guise of 'he was following what his eldest brothers wishes'. He hates himself because of this.
