As the Duke and Duchess of Windsor went on their tour, they lastly stopped in America to meet the president of United States Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
Mr. President told a lot of his dad jokes and Adaline couldn't help herself but laugh as she did find them awkwardly funny.
"Oh, your highness you don't need to laugh we all know his jokes are not that funny" Michelle said to Adaline.
"Well to be fair I do find them awkwardly funny, oh and please call me Adaline no need for the formality with me" said with slight giggles.
"Only if you call us by our first names as well" Barack said to both Alexander and Adaline.
"Sure thing" Alexander said for both him and his wife with a smile.
"Oh, before we go our separate ways before dinner tonight, I do have to tell you that we had changed some plans and it will be an official state dinner "white Tie" I believe that's what you call them if I am not mistaken?" The president said to the Royals.
"Yes of course! Thank you for letting us know we'll see you all tonight" Alexander said while both couples made their separate ways.

Adaline's POV
"Alex darling, I feel like I will be an odd person out wearing a tiara, I just feel like it'll be too much don't you think??" I mean I'm wearing a tiara again since the wedding and I haven't worn a tiara a single time this whole tour" I said to my husband as my anxiety ran high.
"My love it's the nerves they are getting to you, and you'll be okay, granny had us travel with two tiaras just in case and you can choose the smallest one if that makes you feel better, but I need you to breathe and just take a moment. Some of the women here like to wear some form of clips on their hair that make it look like a tiara, so I think you'll fit in just fine my love." Alex said, trying to calm me down while holding me.
"Okay let's take a look" I said somewhat still anxious.
