May grumbled and looked towards her green-haired best friend in irritation. "Drew, should we really be doing this?" Drew looked towards May and smirked,"C'mon May, the twelve years I've known you you haven't done anything in particular that is fun." May huffed,"What if we get caught!?" Drew dismissed her and said,"If we do get caught, I'll handle it." "Well that's very nice of you.",May said crossing her arms, sarcasm dripping from all of her words.
"I know.",Drew said flipping his green hair. May rolled her eyes in annoyance. "Alright I'll meet you at your front porch at exactly seven o'clock. Make sure to tell your parents you are coming to my house, don't screw it up. Kay?", Drew said looking at May.
"Gee, thanks for the faith in me, Drew.", May said looking down. "No problem.", Drew said smirking.

May came downstairs dressed really prettily, she wore a red dress that had a sweet-heart neckline. It was a high low dress, around the waist she wore a brown thick belt. She wore her hair in curls that were tumbling over her shoulders. On her feet were four inch heels, the color of black. She had also had grabbed some hoops earrings. She had put on minimal amount of make up on her face. The only thing that could stand out on her face was the red lipstick on her lips.
"I'm leaving, mom!", May yelled nervously hoping her mother wouldn't come out of the kitchen to see what see what she was wearing, then continue to ask her why she was dressed so formally, just to see Drew. But then again, her mother would have different suspicion than going to a party dressed like that, if you catch my drift. To May's relief her mom had shouted out,"Okay, honey! Have fun with Drew!" May sighed in relief and walked out to the front porch to see Drew standing there with his signature rose in his hand.
"Um..well here's a rose for you.", Drew said genuinely. May blushed and looked down. Drew blushed as well, he saw what she was wearing and her thought she looked so, cute. He shook his head in confusion trying to get the thought out of his head. It didn't help at all, all he could do was listen to what May had to say, but he didn't listen at all, all he did was stare at her, cause she was just that beautful.

Once they were at the party, they had gotten to the front of the nightclub. They saw they were no guards around the place. May scratched her head in confusion,"Shouldn't there be guards around here?" Drew then grabbed her wrist,"Well if there are no guards here currently they should be coming soon, so let's just go inside already!" He pulled her inside, she stumbled a bit on her heels. But she straightened her self. Once they had gotten inside, she had heard a song she had been addicted to for a while now.
I said oh my what a marvelous tune, it was the best night, never would forget how we moved, the whole place was dressed to the nines, and we were dancing (dancing) like we were made out of Starlight, (Starlight)
May smiled, she had heard this song on the radio the other day, and for the past couple of days she had been addicted to the song, she thought it was great. She felt a tap on her shoulder, and she saw Drew extending his arm towards her, she accepted the hand. He pulled her towards the dance floor.
I met him, on the boardwalk in the summer of '45. Picked me up, late one night out the window, we were 17 and crazy, running wild, (wild). Can't remember what song it was playing when we walked in, the night we snuck into a yacht club party, pretending to be a duchess and a prince.
