Chapter1

Percy's POV:

I and Annabeth had just come out of Tartarus. We were exhausted and tired, but there was one more thing to do before crashing on bed in the Argo II. We cameout of the House Of Hades. Annabeth and I saw the stars and said,

'Bob says Hello'.

We were standing on the deck when I saw weird lights in the distance. I turned towards Leo and said:-

'Leo?'

'Huh?' He asked.

'Did Tartarus damage my sight, or are there really lights there?'

'Don't know' he shrugged, 'maybe Zeus is holding a disco party over there.'

Thunder rumbled overhead.

'Yeah maybe', I started joking along with him, 'but it is a bit beautiful and I doubt Zeus knows the meaning of beautiful.'

More thunder.

Then Jason flew down from the crow's nest and said,

'Guys, please don't make my dad angry. Not without me at least. So, what did you do?'

'Nothing', I said, 'just me and Leo are trying to decide why is Zeus partying over there.'

More thunder, this time with lightning.

'Guys', Annabeth came and scolded us 'be a bit serious. What are you arguing about? And, Jason please don't summon lightning, Nico says it is irritating him.'

'It wasn't me', Jason quickly said, 'It was my Dad. We were just talking about those lights over there.'

'What are they?' enquired Annabeth.

'Now that is,' Leo sarcastically said 'is a really good question.'

'Leo, be serious.' Annabeth scolded him 'I am going to find, and Percy you are coming with me.'

'What?!' Percy asked/exclaimed.

'You heard me.'

'Whoa, Whoa, wait Annabeth', Jason said stopping her 'you and Percy have just returned from Tartarus. If you have to go, then so will we. The whole ArgoII is coming.'

'Fine, but then call everyone in ten minutes to deck.'

Leo and Jason went to call the others on deck.

After they had disappeared below deck, Annabeth turned towards Percy and said,

'What do you think it is, seriously?'

'Well,' Percy said with a concentrated look, 'knowing our luck, it is probably some monster.'

'Uh-huh' Annabeth muttered.

She was thinking that how three years back being with Percy, holding hands with him, would have probably made her as red as a beetroot, but now things were different. She imagined her expression two years back seeing her now. The thought made her laugh.

'What's,' asked Percy turning towards her, 'the matter?'

'Um..'

Annabeth was saved from embarrassment by the crew entering the deck.

'What in the name of Styx is that?' asked Piper.

'That is what we are gonna find out.' Percy clarified.
