When the man,who is Dabi finds Luna she is 4, her quirk title is unknown(I don't feel like coming up with a title for it). Her quirk is controlled by her emotions.If she is mad enough at the person in the same room as her or in her sight of vision, they will be lifted up and start choking, if she is mad enough, like wanting to kill someone mad, she will be set on fire, it doesn't hurt her but it hurts everyone else and will burn anything that touches it. If she is sad, she anomantically activates mind control on anyone she looks at,She usually wears a blindfold to stop these from happening without her wanting them to happen. If she is really curious about something or thinks someone is lying to them she can read their mind as long as the blindfold is off. When she is nervous or scared she can teleport and make and control blue fires.

This is what Kaida looks like and she is a kitten, she also can't age, she can only die from being killed by a human or other animals. The cat is kinda like a guardian for Luna,the cat can turn human but she doesn't do it for a long while,she also can control water when she is in her human form.
