You stripped and sat down on a stool while you waited for your shower to heat up.
Running through your hair again and again, you couldn't get Louis' stupidity off your mind.
Was that really how much he loved you? Leaving you out in the rain to walk? And on top of that, he even said he would pick you up. Three different co-workers of yours asked if you needed a ride, but you said no. Was this his way of saying that he no longer cared anymore?
The smoke was now visible in the mirror, and you stepped into the shower.
Once you were done, you wrapped a towel around yourself and put on some pajamas. You usually always wore Louis' shirt to bed, but right now you couldn't even stand to be near him.
Suddenly you got a rush of adrenaline. You knew you would regret this but something deep inside you burned to destroy. Your inner demon was screaming at you to do something.
So you did.
You ripped off the curtains and crumbled them. Next you took the bed sheets and rolled them into a disheveled mess, throwing them in the corner of the room.
That wasn't enough.
You took an empty glass on the nightstand and threw it against the wall. It smashed and fell against the rug, shattering in pieces and reflecting off the fluorescence.
You knew it was wrong, but damn, that felt great.
Louis' POV
I heard a smash from the bedroom and winced. I really messed up. I forgot my girlfriend.
I slowly walked into the bedroom to see Y/N laying face down on the bed. She looked so vulnerable.
"Y/N?"
"Go away," she mumbled.
I laid down next to her and pulled her body close to me. She protested at first but gave into my embrace, cuddling closer.
"I'm sorry," I said into her hair.
"I know," Y/N whispered, pulling away slightly.
"I love you," I looked into her eyes seeming to be swirling with emotions.
She sighed.
"You know what you did right?"
"Yes, and I'm sorry I didn't know the time and when the boys asked to go out I-"
Y/N stopped me.
"You were going to go out with the boys?"
"Yes, but I swear it-"
"Go out"
I was stunned.
"Go out with them. You have been around me so much lately. I bet you purposely forgot me to be alone."
"That's not-"
She held up a hand.
"I'm kidding," she giggled,"Now go have fun!"
"But-"
"Go!" Y/N got up and started pushing me out.
"I'll be here when you get back, I love you Louis," she laughed.
I smiled so big, knowing she forgave me.
"I love you too Y/N,"
