So today was my fathers wedding day i was getting ready. I had slipped on my sleek strapless dress. I was curling my hair i still wanted to look nice but without the effort. I had slipped on the dress with some black stockings and walked i to the bathroom i pulled my makeup bag out if my suit case and started to do my makeup i put in some mascara so at least i didn't look like a zombie. I put in some lipstick and concealer then it was time for my hair.
I tied my hair up into a messy side bun the i was ready. My dad really went all out this time unlike when he married my mother she had a simple white dress on and they were married in the park. This time he rented a limo and a church and he spent at least 100,000 dollars. I guess he just didnt love my mother.
I walked downstairs and into the limo to go to the church.
My aunt carol was right behind me so we rode together i felt safer with her and jack around.
"Aunt carol can i ask you something?"
"Sure sweetie whats up?"
"Why is he making such a big deal out of this..i mean when he married my
Mom she wore a nice white summer dress and they were married in the park?! And now hes rented a church and a limo! And now hes like sober!! What the hell is up with that?!"
"Well...people can change for the better? And listen i'm not taking sides but maybe you're reading too much into this."
"Whatever excuse me for wondering why my own father hated his life with his wife and family and now hes sober and getting re married!"
Then the rest of the car ride was silent then we got our of the limo for bridal pictures.
I was one of the bridesmaids so i was back with sarah helping her get ready.
She was wearing a beautiful vera wang dress with a wide hoop skirt her makeup was perfect and she was beautiful.
I was behind the flower girl and we were ready for the show!
The music started playing and i was being careful trying not to fall over the five year old girl spreading rose petals over the aisle.
Once we reached the alter i kinda dozed off and all i heard was "i do!"
Oh no!!
