Tony's POV

I woke up with a killer headache. It must've been from yesterday's training, so I shook it off.

"Jarvis, what time is it?" I asked, while rubbing my eyes. "It is 5:34, sir." Jarvis replied.

I got dressed quickly and walked over to the kitchen. I was the first one awake, as so I thought.

I turned on the light to the kitchen and groaned from the brightness. There, I see y/n sitting at the island, sleeping with her head on her computer.

I asked Jarvis to turn down the lights and I quietly moved her head off of the computer. I closed the computer and then picked y/n up and carried her to her bedroom.

Once I got to her door, it was locked. It needed her facial recognition. I asked Jarvis to unlock it but he said that he wouldn't do it, unless it was y/n asking.

With no choice, I walk her over to my room and lay her in my bed. I cover her with my blanket. I looked at her sleeping peacefully.

I quickly put my hand to my head and groan. My headache was getting worse.

I walked to my bathroom and got some pain meds. I walked out of my room and into the kitchen to get a glass of water.

I groaned as I swallowed the water. My throat ached. It felt sore. I think I was zoned out in my thoughts because I almost choked on the water and was coughing.

I hope I didn't wake y/n up. I'm surprised no one else woke up. As I was about to walk out of the kitchen, I bump into someone.

"Jesus, I'm sorry." I said. "It's okay Tones." I recognized that voice. There's only one girl who uses that nickname. "Oh, Y/n? You're awake, did I wake you up? I'm so sorry." I ramble about.

"It's fine, Tony. I heard you coughing and I was just checking up on you." She told me with a smile. Oh, how I love that smile. "Oh, yeah. I'm fine." I let out a nervous laugh.

She could always tell when I lie to her. She is the only person I get this nervous around, even if it's for no reason.

"Anthony." She was serious. She only used my full name when she was serious. "Really, it's nothing." I quickly say back, trying not to be suspicious. Though, I think we've crossed that line.

"Anthony Edward Stark." She said with a serious look. "Okay, fine. I have a headache, but it should go away in a bit. I'm going down to the lab."

Before I walk out of the kitchen, she grabs my arm. I turn around and she puts her hand on my forehead. "Jesus, you're burning!" I pull her hand down. "I feel fine. You should go back to bed." I say to her. "One, you're going back to bed. I'm going to get Jarvis to give me an update. Two, I'm going to sleep in my own bed. I don't know why I was in yours. Lastly, you are not going down to the lab. You look, sound, and feel sick."

I just stare at her and then roll my eyes. I start walking back to my room. I knew she was right, I felt awful. My stomach hurt, my head was exploding and my body ached.

She followed me back to my room. "Jarvis, what's his temperature status?" She asked the AI. "Status is 104/40 degrees, Ms. Barton." Jarvis replied.

I plopped down onto my bed and got into my covers. I asked Jarvis to turn the air down. "How do you think you got sick?" Y/n asked me. "All I remember is that we ate sushi, watched football, trained, watched a movie, and then went to bed. The sushi was horrible, let's never let Thor cook again." I rambled about.

Y/n was staring at me and then snapped out of it. "It was the sushi." She said. "What?" I asked puzzling. "I was the only one who didn't eat it. I feel fine and it's already 6:00, meaning Clint should be up by now." She explained. "You're telling me that everyone might be sick because of the sushi?" I asked.

She sat down at the end of my bed. "I should go check on Clint." She said. Everyone left last night to go to another universe or something with Thor. It was just me, y/n, and Clint.

My eyes started to drift off into sleep. I think y/n noticed because right when I fell asleep, she left.
