1: "the band"

Will woke up by the sunlight shining through his curtains. He soon realised his phone was ringing.

He sighed and reached his hand to his phone, answering the call. "Hello?" He yawned.

"WHERE THD FUCK ARE YOU BYERS!? do you have any idea what time it is!?" Shouted Dustin through his phone.

Will glanced at his clock. It was 9:30 and his class started at 10!! "Shit shit shit shit!" Will mumbled as He hang up and rushed to his closet to pick something to wear.

He soon rushed downstairs and to his surprise, only brother was there.

"Good morning!...Where's dad?" Asked Will as he quickly made himself a sandwich to eat.

"Oh, he's gone to a business trip for the week!... wait, did you overslept again?" Jonothan sighed.

" yeah... since he's not here, can you drive me to school??" Will asked, smiling weakly.

Jonothan smiled and soon, they both were in the car, listening to "should i stay or should I go".

Moments like this happened rarely, since everytime Will overslept, his father made him walk to his school which took 15 minutes to reach on feet.

When Will arrived, he did a handshake with Jonothan and laughed.

He walked out of car and rushed into his class. luckily, he was 10 minutes early!

He sat next to Dustin as always and Dustin sighed. "I don't get it, do you think I'm an alarm clock or something, byers?" He rolled his eyes.

Will chuckled softly "sorry, I forget to put an alarm everytime!"

"Just don't expect me to wake you up everytime!" Dustin sighed. Then he realised how happy Will looked.

"What's up? You're weirdly happy today! Not saying that it's bad, it's awesome actually!" Dustin smiled.

Will also smiled "my dad's on a business trip for the week!" He replied.

"Ohhh! That's amazing!!" Dustin laughed, happy for Will.

Then, a tall boy walked into the class and sat down in one of the empty chairs in the last row.

Will studied him a bit. Well that was a new face! "Watcha staring at, byers?" Dustin teased. "Wa- n-nothing! Just... he's new!" Will replied, flustered.

"Ohhh, you mean Mike wheeler?" Asked Dustin. "How do you know him?" Asked Will, shocked.

"Dude, do you live under a rock? He's famous all over the Internet right now! He's band is the most popular band in Hawkins! Didn't you wonder why all those girls are drolling over him and asking for an autograph?" Explained Dustin.

Will was shocked by the information. "Is that so?.. wow..." Will replied, eyes widened.

Dustin realised Will's cheeks turning red. "Wait a minute... does Will byers have a new crush??" He teased.

"W-Wha!? yes..? NO!... maybe??ughhh..." Will groened as he hid his flustered face with his hands.

Will had came out gay to Dustin a few months ago, and although Dustin couldn't be more supportive, Will still wasn't really comfortable with his sexuality AT ALL... and his father calling him names at home for just guessing it, wouldn't really help him accept who he really is.

Having that in mind, he already had another huge crush on another classmate of his, named miles.

Miles and him were friends and they had talked a couple of times, and everytime Will heard his voice, his heart beat went wild and a blush creeped on his cheeks.
