Frozen City (I) in Chapter 2

Alexander, rescued by unknown man and his daughter, discovers a strange world made from rain water, living harmoniously with wind and snow, and amazed by wondrous sights.

Andrew eventually found himself resting in a hospital as time went on.

Medical facility, Healthcare Center, differs from Eastward Germany's Architects' Healthcare Center, featuring crystal beds and IV drips.

His ears were being drummed. Only the scorching lights around him could be seen by his eyes. Evidently, he still lacks his motor abilities. He had definitely come close to entering the other side, that much is certain.

The girl who assisted him in his dreams was the initial woman Ryan met after being released from the hospital.

"Congratulations on your successful recovery."

"I'm grateful. Please let me know where... Just who are you? I should probably start by introducing myself... No, hold on."

Alexander struggled to form a complete sentence due to jumbled words.

"My name is Mary."

"Hi, I'm A-Artem,"

Elena's flaxen hair with translucent edges and soft glow resembles delicately lifted hair, while her long eyelashes and calming eyes match her thin face. Igor's embarrassment over Anne's facial features is palpable.

Andrei experienced emotions he had never experienced before, possibly as a result of his life having been saved.

He was not in Eastern Germany, as Igor had expected.

This was a city erected in the midst of a blizzard. It was dubbed the Frozen City.

Culture shock in Frozen City's Old World forebears reveals the city's Old World technology, preserving civilization's spark. Andrew experiences a happiest phase, dreaming of the city's resurgence.

"During your surgery, they ought to have injected an Echinacea into your body as well."

The question "Edelweiss... What is Alpine?"

"How should I put this?" It's like a miniature... machine?"

"Machine? I thought machines had a lot of shackles the gears, the valves, and steam? "Can they be administered by injection into the body?"

"I don't really comprehend the premise. I merely know that Edelweiss is administered to all Frozen City babies at birth. Because of it, we do not dread the cold. When I was younger, the explorers informed me that people from other lands dress in bulky clothing to be warm. I didn't understand that was true until I saw you.

Bergen offers unusual view with warm clothes, attracting local population's curiosity.

The world is obviously a large place, though.

Maria abruptly came to a halt, her Andrei followed suit. A collection before uniformed men gathered in front of them surrounding a cannon pointing towards the heavens, seemingly prepared to shoot, just waiting on somebody to light the fuse.

"Do they intend to fire the gun on the building across the street?"

Genuine question: Elsa laughs at outsider's question about building construction.

"Build a new structure?"

"Yeah however since it hasn't taken form as of yet, I have no idea what it will be."

Thick clouds started to gather above the clearing as a result of the cannon's shot into the sky. Later, what Maria described as "rain" began to fall from the sky.

Andrew had never heard of "Rain Water" before reading about it in the museum's archives. It was the first time he had seen it. In the ancient world, it was a typical type of weather. Eastern Germany would only experience snowfall.

Andrei didn't realize how delicately the icy snowflakes might fall at home until this precise moment.

Rainwater solidified into a concrete shape on open ground, resembling invisible hands, creating a distinct style compared to Eastern Germany's style.

As if by miracle, a ten-story structure was completed in front of Artem's sight within a matter of minutes.

Elena explained that Frozen City's buildings were created from Rain Water, and if a blizzard arose, they would be transformed into water and new structures as people migrated.

Unique blueprints traded among residents, creating strange buildings.
