Rut?

Rudolph Sackville Bagg's POV

One thing that I did not seem to think about when i made the decision to move in with the Thompson's, was his ruts. It's been an entire month and I had woken up suddenly to what felt like pre-rut symptoms. As soon as my eyes landed on Tony when I walked into the kitchen, I immediately found myself at his side, growling at anyone who came close, except for Dotty and Bob. I didn't feel threatened by them in the least bit.

I would follow him everywhere he walked, though, didn't make it obvious when I'd stay outside of the bathroom when he went. I  just wanted to protect and be there for my omega. Suddenly, as I was walking behind him as he went to take out the trash, Tony quickly turned to look at me.

"Rudy, I think we need to have a conversation." The blonde said. I panicked a bit. "Yes?" I asked, standing up straight, tensed. "Calm down, I'm not mad or upset with you. It's just... why have you been following me everywhere? Are you okay?" He stared up at me with those baby blue eyes that made me immediately melt. I felt the urge to take him into my arms and have him now- I mean... hug him and kiss him.

"Yes... I'm fine. I... think it could be pre-rut symptoms..." I spoke, honestly. Tony's cheeks went pink and his eyes went wide. "Oh... well, let me tell my parents about that then. So, when it comes, you will have the sensory room to stay in until you are done with it." He spoke, I frantically shook my head. "No... I don't want to... I have to know that you'll be okay... that no nasty Alpha tries to take you..."

Tony stared up at me, surprised. "Oh... well, there really is no way for me to help you with that... unless, you wish for me to spend your rut with you. Which, I wouldn't mind doing, I just want you to be aware that it would cause me to go into an early heat." He spoke.

I wasn't quite expecting for the human to offer to go through my rut with me and I smiled. "Yes... I'm very aware... are you sure you want to spend it with me though? You'd be very tired and... sore." He perked up and his already pink cheeks went a slight shade of red.

"I would love to. We still need to tell my parents though. So they know that it was my decision and not something persuaded by pheromones." I nodded as I was informed of that and I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him into a tight hug. "Thank you..." Tony only smiled widely, "of course. Now, let's go."

Tony Thompson's POV

It had been a few days since we got the room ready for Rudolph for when his full on rut came. It took a bit of convincing for my parents to let me, but they eventually agreed. Currently, my father and I were getting more supplies. Mostly so that I didn't end up... well... ya know... pregnant.

So, we picked up my birth control pills from the pharmacist, I needed to get a refill anyways. We then got energy drinks, condoms and all that stuff. It was embarrassing to get with a parent, but, it would be safer to do it with someone experienced than just by myself.

We didn't need to buy snacks for nest materials as we already had plenty at home, so, we just walked over to the self check out. I was nervous, this would be the first time I spent a rut with someone, but I trust that Rudolph wouldn't be too out of it to not stop if I asked him to stop. I would trust that man with my entire life.

When we were checking out, I heard my phone ring and seen it was my mom. I answered and put it to my ear. She then, informed me that we needed to hurry as Rudolph was now officially in rut and throwing a fit, refusing to go into the room without me.

I felt something stir inside of me when I heard that, but informed her that we would hurry and hung up. I informed my dead of everything my mom told me and we rushed out.

We finally arrived back home and opened the door to hear the following conversation.

"Rudolph, darling, go inside of the room." Freda was speaking in her calm voice. "No! Like I've said a million times, if my Omega is not here then it's not going to happen! And if he doesn't come back, I swear to Merlin! You all will regret it!" He exclaimed with a growl.

Instantly the smell of the Alpha filled my nose and I found myself running toward my best friend. He quickly noticed me and began to run to me as well, wrapping his arms around me. I smiled and wrapped my arms around him. "Oh god... I thought you were taken away from me..." Rudolph spoke as he buried his face into my neck. I smiled and brought his hands up to his hair.

"Shhh, I'm here, don't worry. Let's go to the sensory room now, okay?" I spoke before turning to my parents who had a bit of a worried expression upon their faces. But, my father handed me the bag and right as I grabbed it, I was picked up and put over the vampire's shoulder. I gasped out, but allowed myself to be carried to the room.

Once we did, I was placed gently upon my back on the bed and he climbed on top of me before laying down, his face was in my neck once more, taking in my scent.

"I won't do anything to you right now... I just want to lay here..." he informed me, I smiled before nodding. "Okay, that's fine with me." I had combed my fingers through his hair and we laid there for a while.
