september 14, jisung was woken up rather harshly. not what he expected at all and on top of that, it was really early.

"hey, get up lazy." one of his dorm mates said, most likely hyunjin. "we have to get to the company early."

"ok!" jisung replied, beaming. hyunjins mind was all question marks at this, since usually he would be pouting.

hmm... what should i wear? jisung thought as he went through his closet. he picked out comfy, baggy pants and a tighter shirt to make his waist stand out more. (a/n istg that jisung would look so good in a crop top and baggy pants.)

he quickly put on some basic makeup and hurried to get his phone. he opened up his camera app and took a bunch of selfies (as well as mirror pics) but frowned when he realized that the staff would most likely edit them

he shrugged, thinking that he and his "twin" would take some pics together later.

he opened instagram next, seeing all the tagged posts with his pictures. jisung smiled at this, he really appreciated stay for the little things like that.

he happily walked out of his room, ignoring the strange looks that his dorm mates were giving him.

"why are you all dressed up, sung?" chan asked as jisung walked to the door.

"no reason!" jisung replied happily once again oblivious to the strange looks.

by time they got to the company, jisung thought that he had caught onto what his members were doing.

maybe they're going to throw a surprise party for me and lix! jisung smiled at the thought, while texts from other friends started to be sent.

the managers greeted him happily and he stayed back while they said their "happy birthdays" and promised to take him out for dinner later.

"han!" he heard one of his fellow members call. "get over here, we don't have time for your chit-chat!"

jisung said his goodbyes before heading over to the others.

his smile faltered through-out the day as nobody even acknowledged him. not even lee know, his so called soulmate, gave him a bigger hug or a warmer smile. none of the maknaes said anything and his twin kept on mentioning his own birthday, which was the next day.

the cherry on top was when all the members rushed to felix and asked of he was excited for his birthday.

jisung didn't want to be a brat, so he also rushed up to felix and asked him too.

everything about han was normal to the other members, maybe he was a little energetic but everyone has a random burst at times.

he's fine, the members thought.
i'm fine, jisung thought.

it was 1 a.m. september 15th. an hour or so after his birthday had officially passed.

stay had started being suspicious when there were no posts about jisung on the official instagram and they voiced their concern for his mental health and relationship with the members.

he had even gotten messages on bubble from stay, asking if everything was alright and wishing him happy birthday.

he replied with i'm fine, the members probably forgot since we're so busy, haha.

"hey, get up lazy." hyunjins voice rang in jisungs ears. "its 8 a.m. and we have to get to the other dorm for lix's birthday. we got a day off!"
