7 YEARS AFTER THE INTERLUDE AT FINNS HOUSE

Clair brings out the tray of green beans. She puts it on the table.

Clair: are y'all sure your friends are coming?

Vera: yes, I sent mail to everyone's houses, or what I assumed were their homes.

Finn: you didn't check?

Vera: I went off of what I last knew, okay, whoever comes comes, whoever doesn't doesn't, it's okay.

Finn: okay.

Someone knocks on the door.

Clair: I'll get it.

Clair goes in the house and opens the door.

Lauren: hi, so we brought some meatballs.

Clair: who might you be?

Lauren: Lauren.

Clair: uhm, I don't think you were invited.

Lauren: excuse me, my daughter was so?

Anna and Grace walk over.

Anna: hi, you must be Ms. Lawson, I'm Anna.

Finn and Vera come to the door.

Finn: Anna.

Anna: oh my god Finn.

They hug.

Vera: come in ladies.

They come in.

Anna: this is such a lovely home.

Finn: it was very expensive.

Lauren: how many rooms?

Finn: uhh seven.

Anna: holy shit.

Finn: where's Charles?

Anna: work.

Finn: ah okay.

Vera: come let me show you guys around, especially the backyard.

Anna and Grace go with Vera.

Clair: your daughters must get her hair from her dad.

Lauren: she does.

Finn: okay outside ladies, outside.

Lauren and Clair go outside. Bella pulls up. Her, Ryan, and the kids get out and knock on the door. Finn opens it.

Bella: oh my god Finn, you look so grown.

Bella hugs him.

Finn: are these the twins?

Bella: yea.

Finn: hi guys.

Noel: hi.

Noah: mom said don't talk to strangers.

Finn: you're going to be around a lot of strangers today.

Bella laughs.

Ryan: I brought the beer.

Finn: hell yea.

Finn daps him up.

Finn: come in, everyone's outback.

They come in and go outside. Anna sees Bella. She gets up and runs over and hugs her.
