More than 300 years ago, two twins were born, and they possessed extraordinary gifts. Nobody was aware of these gifts until the twins' 13th birthday. What they possessed was magic, and in their time magic was forbidden, and considered demonic. But what nobody knew was that their magical abilities were a blessing from the Goddess of Magic, Hecate herself. This came as a shock to the family, and they all attempted to get rid of their magic through many different methods, but none worked. While they were growing up, family members mistreated the twins, and their own mother was ashamed of them. Once they were old enough, the twins decided to run away so that they could use their magic freely and be away from those who didn't consider them people, but demon spawn. Their real names are lost to time, but they used to go by Merlin and Morgana. Even though Merlin and Morgana were close, over time they started to not agree on the same things. Morgana was careless with the use of her magic, and Merlin tried his best to keep it secret. They grew stronger with time, and sometimes they would use their powers to do good. The witches discovered they had the ability to give others magic, and they used this ability to form a team, who they would train and mentor. They made many mentors to save magical beings from harm, and punish those wanting to cause harm.
