Fireworks

Weeks passed since Yoriichi started visiting Y/n. They seemed to have been bonding with each other very much. When one day Yoriichi visits Y/n's house.
Yoriichi: Hi, Y/n!
Y/n: Hi!!
Yoriichi: Are you doing fine?
Y/n: Yep! Let's sit at the porch.
They sit down at the porch. Y/n brings some tea and they both take a small sip. Then out of blue Yoriichi exclaims a request.
Yoriichi: Uhm, Y/n as there is going to be a festival held at entertainment district tonight would you like to go to the festival with me? If that's okay with you ofcourse.
Y/n: Yes! Yes! Yes! Ye- I mean uh sure I would like to!
Yoriichi: That's fantastic!
Y/n: We are going to see the fireworks right?
Yoriichi: Ofcourse!
Y/n: Yay!! I better get ready!
Yoriichi: Okay then I will be waiting for you here.
Y/n rushes to her room and starts getting ready. She wears a simple yet beautiful kimono. The Kimono is a bright pink colour with a pattern of colourful flowers all over the kimono. The Obi is in red colour with golden strips. She ties her hair in a bun which is supported by a pin. She walks out of the room and walks up to Yoriichi.
Y/n: How do I look?
Yoriichi: You look Beautiful Y/n.
Yoriichi stares at Y/n as he is stunned by her beauty. A shade of pink spreads accross his face.
Y/n: Yoriichi, will you stop staring at me like that it's..creepy.
Yoriichi: Oh! Uh sorry you look too beautiful. Let's go.
Y/d: Y/n, where are you going?
Y/n: Dad, you're back! Also I am going to the festival with my friend Yoriichi!
Yoriichi: Nice to meet you.
Y/d: Are you going to be alright, sweetie?
Y/n: I will be alright! Don't worry!
Y/d: Okay then have fun.
Yoriichi and Y/n scurry toward the festival. They reach to the entertainment district.
Y/n: Yoriichi, can we eat those mochis please!
Yoriichi: Okay sure.
Y/n: Yayyy!!
Yoriichi: Seems like you're having fun.
Y/n: Yes definately!! Yoriichi, look at that cherry blossom tree!! Beautiful isn't it!
Yoriichi: It is beautiful, like you.
Y/n: Kyaaa! Shush it!
Y/n goes all red like a tomato. She tries to say something but stutters gibberish.
Yoriichi: Y/n are you alright? You're sweating. I-
Y/n: I'm fine, I'm f-fine. Heh!
Yoriichi: The fireworks are gonna start soon!
Y/n: Oh my god yesss!!! This is what I've been waiting for!! But I really want to look at them from a closer look.
Yoriichi: We can go on a roof.
Y/n: How?
Yoriichi: I can. So will you..allow me to pick you up?
Y/n: I fear I might be too heavy..
Yoriichi: Don't worry, I have the experience.
Yoriichi picked Y/n up bridal style and jumped on a high roof. They both sat down on the roof waiting for the fireworks to be shot up. The fireworks began to shot up in the sky and they exploded. They were colourful, bright and loud. Everyone's eyes were only on the fireworks as they kept exploding in the sky. It was dazzling for everyone to watch the fireworks shattering into thousands of sparks. Everyone's eyes were shimmering by the bright colours of the fireworks and they were filled with joy.
Y/n: This is so beautiful, thank you so much!
Yoriichi: Thanks for what?
Y/n: For making this experience 10× better!
Yoriichi: I..I-I love you. I really love you, Y/n. Hope you..feel the same.
Y/n: Yoriichi..I love you too.
Yoriichi came closer to Y/n and leaned in for a kiss. He kissed her lips gently. Y/n was startled at the sudden move but she closed her eyes and melted into the kiss.
