At my Lowest (Under rewriting)

It was a gorgeous Sunday morning, I wish I could say I woke up with a full face of makeup and a ball gown but this isn't a hallmark movie.

"WAKE UP LOSER," Matt said seconds before he threw a pillow at me.

"OKAY FINE!!"

It's hard to believe he's my OLDER brother considering how immature he is.

I jumped into my slippers and turned on the shower. While the water heated up I picked out my clothes for the day.

I placed my clothes on the bed and looked over to my bedside table. The flowers that Ethan had gotten me yesterday sat beautifully in a vase full of water.

I was finally his girlfriend even though we've practically been a couple without a label for the past month.

I stepped into the shower and stayed in there for about thirty minutes.

"HURRY UP DAD MADE BREAKFAST!" Matt yelled out to me

Why is he always yelling?

I got out of the shower and wrapped a robe around me. I got dressed and did my skincare.

I walked out into the kitchen and had a seat at the table.

"Yum pancakes! Thank you, Dad" I said mesmerized by the delicious food in front of me.

Dad nodded at me before washing the rest of the dishes. As much as we all missed Mom, our lives didn't change.

She didn't work, cook, clean, or do anything. She stayed in her room and spent all of my dad's money.

Matt decided he was going to move closer to the house next month because he missed me and Dad.

"I'm going shopping with the girls, I'll be home in an hour or two"

"Alright, have fun" Matt kissed my forehead and went into his room.

"Be good" Dad said

I smiled at them and went to brush my teeth and do my makeup.

I grabbed my bag and threw my wallet inside. After putting on my shoes I walked outside of my house.

I called Ethan and connected my Bluetooth to my car so I could hear him from my car.

"Hello?" he said in a groggy voice

"Did you just wake up?" I asked

"Yeah, I'm sorry. What's up?"

"Just wanted to say good morning"

"Good morning to you too"

"Make sure to get up and eat something, okay?"

"Don't worry Coco, I will."

"I have to go, I'm meeting up with the girls but let's talk later"

"Alright bambina"

"You know I don't understand a drop of Italian, right?" I said shutting my car door and approaching the mall

"Sorry, I'll teach you sometime. Have fun with the girls baby"

"Thank you, bye!"

"Bye"

I walked into the mall and saw Ava and Layla waiting for me by the entrance

"Hey!" I pulled them both into a hug

"Hey, hurry hurry! My favorite store is having a sale" Ava said already halfway into the store

"Come on kota" Layla grabbed my hand and pulled me into the store

A couple of minutes later I was standing next to Layla looking at clothes while Ava ran around the store grabbing everything in sight
