05 : Concert Eongmang!

Joonghyuk is at his apartment watching the TV with his little sister, Mia. Right now, he's nervous about the concert. He's been to every concert of 1864 and vip at that, but now that he's been invited by Kim Dokja himself, this is the first time he's so uneasy about attending one of their concerts. Mia looks at Joonghyuk and sighs

" Why do you look like that? "

" Huh? Nothing. "

Mia pouts and stands up, she turns around to Joonghyuk

" You're probably scared to go to ahjussi's concert are you? "

Joonghyuk flinches but acts like nothing happened, he tries to avoid eye contact with Mia.

" No? I've been to every concert. Why would I be nervous this time? "

Mia laughs like a villainess and she pats Joonghyuk's shoulder.

" Hohohoho! Oppa is a bad liar. "

Joonghyuk decided to ignore Mia's accusation and to just wait for that day to come.

A week later, the concert will be performed today, 8:35 PM. It's currently 7:00 PM and Joonghyuk is seeking help from Seolhwa.

" What do I wear? "

" I'm a therapist. Not cupid. "

" Seolhwa. You're my friend. Can't you help? "

Seolhwa chokes on air upon hearing Joonghyuk, she survived it.

" First time hearing you say that. Please don't ever say that again without warning. "

Joonghyuk stares at Seolhwa, hoping for an answer. She scoffs and says

" Wear your signature coat, a black turtleneck, and uhh- fancy shoes. "

Joonghyuk gets up and leaves Seolhwa's office.

" I didn't get my pay... "

Joonghyuk arrives home and was greeted by Yoo Mia. She sits down on the floor and continues watching the TV. The streamer goes to his closet and tries on Seolhwa's suggestion of his signature coat, a Black turtleneck, and his loafers. He looks into the mirror and smiles. He walks out and checks the time. It's 7:53 PM already!? Joonghyuk sits next to Mia,

" I'm going to your ahjussi's concert, so you'll be left here. "

Mia looks up at her older brother nonchalantly

" Okay, oppa. Just go already! "

Joonghyuk gets up and runs to his car, and he speeds off. He gets to the concert right before it starts. He quickly gets to his seat and there was Kim Dokja and the others. They started to sing, and Joonghyuk's eyes were immediately filled with sparkles when he heard Dokja sing. Joonghyuk was completely captivated. The voice of Dokja flowed endlessly in his head, and he loved every bit of it. Joonghyuk smiled warmly, he actually felt happy in this moment. Like how he always feels when he's with Kim Dokja.

Joonghyuk starts recording on his phone so that he can show Mia later. In the middle of the concert, Kim Dokja finally finds Joonghyuk in the crowd and decides to say a risky thing.

" Everyone, do you wanna learn a secret? "

The crowd cheered, while Joonghyuk was confused. (What is this fool saying?)

" I guess that's a yes. "

" Secret is, I'm actually a big fan of the streamer, Supreme King! I was really happy when our manager, Sangah, told us we'll have a collab with SKS. Here we are now, "Eternal King". "

The crowd once again cheered when the opening of Eternal King started playing in the speakers. While the actual King was surprised. He couldn't believe that his 'special person' is actually a big fan of his. A moment has passed and sudden happiness strikes in his body. He smiled once again and continued listening to Dokja sing.

The concert ended after another hour passed, Joonghyuk quickly got up and desperately tried to search for Dokja backstage. He got to the back of the stage very fast and saw Kim Dokja, on the floor? Sooyoung notices him and kicks Dokja.

" Hey squid! Your boyfr- I mean, your friend is here! "

The squid immediately gets up and sees Joonghyuk. The streamer infront of him had a panicky expression. Dokja walks towards Joonghyuk

" What's up? "

Since Joonghyuk, who was in a panic is nervous, he uttered a stupid sentence to his special person.

" I like you. Kim Dokja. "

After he said that, he sighed and calmed down. Before he knew it, Kim Dokja was on the floor, he fainted and had a nosebleed. They took him to a hospital, an hour later Dokja was laying on a bed and was trying to open his eyes.

" Dokja-yah? "

Said Yoo Joonghyuk. He eventually fully opened his eyes and saw a worried Joonghyuk starring at him. He smiles.

" I like you too! "

(Fuck. I don't like you. I love you, you sunfish!!) Dokja sat up and yawned. A few moments have passed in silence,

" Say something. "

Dokja requested, but Joonghyuk couldn't. He was petrified. Dokja decided to flick Joonghyuk on the head to snap him out. Ouch!! Joonghyuk groaned. But he grinned at Dokja after.

" You're my lover now? "

" Obviously?? I thought you were a smartass. "

Dokja rolled his eyes, Joonghyuk chuckled and closed his eyes. Ahem. Said someone, and it wasn't Joonghyuk's voice. It was actually Sooyoung's!

" You lovebirds. Mind your surroundings. "

The flustered squid was speechless and pointed to the door.

" The door is right there. Leave! "

Said Dokja. Sooyoung scoffed and left the room quietly. An awkward silence filled the room when the two looked at each other in the eyes. Both of them suddenly laughed, and we're happy they got together.

" But why did you confess so suddenly? "

" ....I don't know. "

They kept talking and talking, eventually getting to know eachother more, getting more comfortable, and becoming more affectionate with eachother.

2 months later...

" Dokja-yah, ready to go? "

Joonghyuk was spinning his car keys, waiting for Dokja outside of his house.

" Yeah- Ready!! "

Dokja ran out the house, before he closed the door Sangah yelled

" Enjoy, Both of you! "

Dokja and Joonghyuk smiled. They closed the door and went inside the car.

" Let's enjoy our date. "

Both of them rode off to the theater. Where's Mia? Oh. Mia was left with 1864 at their house, at least Mia enjoyed her time there because of Heewon's sword lessons and Sangah's homemade cookies.
