These fucking bastards intentionally did this and gave a shitty reason; I never thought my first business trip would turn into the worst one. I did what Simon told me, booked the earliest flight, and came back by the time I reached it was midnight, so I took a day off as I was totally exhausted by everything.

On Wednesday, I went to work. The first thing I did was apply for reimbursement. I produced every bill to HR, filled out the required forms, and came back to my desk.

While I was doing my work at 2 pm I received mail from the HR department stating that my claim has been rejected, what the hell my blood was boiling like anything, I was beyond pissed I made my way towards Simon's cabin and he was expecting me, "Why you rejected my claim", "Personal claim can't be approved", "Personal claim, those claims were related to business trip", "Business trip expenses were borne by Company literally everything what expenses are you talking about", " You know very well what expenses I am talking about; I had borne my own expenses over there", " And whose fault was that listen Mr. Walker, I cannot do anything if I approve also, it will not be processed because this should be approved by CEO himself".

Just great. The next thing I was in front of Scott's cabin, and on permission, I entered and spoke, "Good morning, Mr. Mathew. My claim related to the business trip has been rejected, and let me be clear for you: it is not my personal expenses." He was doing some work on his laptop when he finally spoke: "Every expense was borne by the company, like transportation, food, and accommodation; what expenses are you talking about other than those?" "I was not picked nor dropped; a few days I needed to book a room in some other hotel just to spend a night as the person with whom I was sharing the room was busy in fucking; I had to buy my own food; and at last, I had to book my own return ticket too. I can ignore food expenses, but what about other expenses that cost me, like a 1 and a half month salary, a cab fare that was too high, and when I stayed there, I took a cab for travel, so how come it's personal expenses?" "Why the heck did you take a cab?" "Because by the time I was getting ready, it was gone, and by the time I finished my work, it was already gone, so what choice do I have other than booking a cab?" "So, what you are saying is, if you didn't wake up in time and you didn't finish your work in time, so you took a cab, you didn't use the facilities provided by the company, and that's your mistake, so how come you are demanding reimbursement? Are you kidding me?" "I was missing the morning cab because I was not able to finish my work in time; it was always given more than expected. How the hell do you expect me to finish in time?" "As a CEO, I didn't work late—not even a night over there. You are expecting me to believe you? A mere employee is working more hours than me, seriously?" "You can confirm from Mr. Wilson?" "Why the hell will I cross-verify with him when I was the one who was assigning the goddam work?".

This guy, how the hell am I going to convince him I should have done a video of whatever work I had done or what? "OK, let's keep aside transportation; what about the hotel bill and return ticket?" "What made you book another hotel? If you book for your pleasure, is the company responsible for that?" "You didn't fucking open the door; obviously, I couldn't sleep on the floor, right?" "If you keep coming late every fucking night, am I bloody your servant whenever you come back to open the door and serve you? I am not working more than you; I will not get tired. Should I keep waiting for you to arrive? Make sure you are safe, and then I need to go to sleep. Had you fucking expected that?" "If you fucking booked another room for me, all these would not happen." "Oh, you are expecting a suit. How many times should I repeat myself? You are an ordinary employee, and the cost of a suit per day is fucking expensive. Do you have any idea how much it will cost for a day in that hotel?"
