chapter 20 ~can't get along~

Tbh P.O.V

I woke up from my bed I stepped off of my bed and I heard someone yelp in pain I look down and Socks fell asleep on the floor next to my bed without a pillow or blanket on the cold wooden floor. But he was still asleep. I stepped over him, and I grabbed my dark red plush blanket and put it over him, and put my white plush pillow under his head.

Last night was a blur of mad and sad. I can't recall what exactly happened. I walked into my bathroom to see my face tear-stained I grabbed a rag and put some of my face wash onto the rag and scrubbed my face so the pain went away I can't recall what happened last night why I was so mad and sad I walked out of my room and went to walk to the kitchen not watching where I was stepping which was a mistake.

I stepped on multiple shards of sharp glass as the glass punctured thru my skin as my red blood oozed out on the floor I lifted my foot from the floor I hadn't even noticed that I yelped in pain Laff/L4ff came down the hallway.

"Hey, Tb, are you ok," Laff said as he came over to me. Now I know why I felt all of those emotions last night he isn't himself anymore.

"Go away. I don't need your help," I said to Laff, but that wasn't true. I needed him to help me.

"You're lying, mate. I am a mind reader. I can tell you need 'em," Gloom said to me from behind me.

"Just because of what happened in the past doesn't need to change the present," Gloom explained. I ignored him and looked down at the broken picture frame it was a picture of me and Laff. I turned around and set my foot on the floor and pushed past Gloom and went into my room tracing blood all over the ground wincing in pain after every step I felt as if I was going to faint.

I finally made it to my bathroom. I grabbed my bandages gloves and scissors. I put my gloves on and took the 3 big bloody dark red pieces of glass out of the dark bloody gashes in my foot.

I heard the sound of someone waking up then i heard a loud bang from close bye but I chose to ignored them my foot hurt so much that I put my bloody foot into the bathtub and started the water as the clear cold water hit my foot the bottom of the bathtub turned dark red in an instant I turned off the water and pulled my foot out I grabbed some toilet paper and dried my foot off so I could wrap the bandages around my foot.

"Hey Tbh, do you need some help wrapping your foot?" Socks asked me from the doorway, I noticed that his rainbow socks had my my dark red blood on it soaked in.

"Hey, mabye, you should have watched out for the trail of blood," I said to Socks jokingly, but still serious. He walked over to me and grabbed the bandages, and started wrapping my foot in seconds. My foot was fully wrapped.

"You and Laff yell like a married couple," Socks said, and I bonked him on the head hard where it echoed around my room. "You were right. I should have watched out for the blood trail. I have your blood all up my back," Socks finished.

He put one of his bloody socks onto my wrapped foot, so it was cushioned.

"Imma go mop up the blood that I got in the room and the hall," I said to Socks as I got up and walked away to go and grab the mop socks stopped me grabbed my hand and walked me to my bed so that I could sit down.

"No, I will mop. You lost so much blood that you may just faint," Socks said as he sat me down on my bed and handed me my pillow and blanket from the floor. When he turned around and I could see the giant stain on his back and legs where he slipped on my blood trail, I laid down on my side and curled up with my blanket around me. I felt tears run down my face faster and faster.

Laff/L4ff P.O.V

I watched as Socks walked out of tbh's room and as he stepped out his foot with a sock on it hit Tbh's blood trail from his foot he fell forwards I can tell he had already fallen backward.

Thank goodness I picked up the glass when I did, or Socks face would be like Tbhs foot. But it's way worse.

I walked over to Socks and held my metal hand out to help him up he grabbed my hand so that I could help him up once got up he started walking again he most likely was going to mop up the blood.

"Hey, you go and take a shower and put on clean clothes. I will mop the floor for you," I said to Socks.

"Thanks, I haven't taken a shower in about a week because of everything that has happened. I haven't been at my house," Socks said to me. But he has gone thru a lot. Wait, did Umbra say that he had a boyfriend and said that TB and I had almost killed him several times? I am just going to bother him about that later.

It has been about 10 minutes, and I just finished mopping. And Socks had just gotten dressed after he got out of the shower he came into the living room and saw I was sitting there with Gloom not far from me I looked up and looked at Gloom he was glitching and he was making spastic movements.

"Gloom are you ok," I asked him "No I am becoming distant this happens to every one of my kind as you guys call us shadow creatures or shadow demons which is rude unless you are talking about Umbra his nickname is literally demon, but besides that I can't use my abilities but they will grow stronger but right now I am weak but not dying," Gloom explained every time he explains something is a lecture.

"Laff has a question for you, Socks," Gloom said to Socks without looking up. "Ok, ask away," Socks said to me as he sat down on the opposite side of the couch from me.

"Umm, so Umbra said you were dating someone me, and tb had almost killed multiple times, so does that mean you are dating Blaza?" I asked Socks. His face went blank, and tears formed in his eyes as his elbows were on his knees and headed in his hands as his tears hit the floor.

Socks P.O.V

I miss Blaza so much I need to stop crying, but I can't. The more I think about Blaza, the faster the tears fall.

I heard a door behind me open, and I could hear footsteps come closer.

"What did you do to him laff, why is he crying like that," Tbh yelled at Laff.

"I don't know. I just asked him if he was dating Blaza from what Umbra said the other day," Laff said in a panic. "Then why in the world is he crying this hard," Tbh yelled.

My tears fell faster and faster. I couldn't stop thinking about him. "St..Stop thi...i..nki...i..i.ng abo..o..abo..out Bl...l...bl...az...z...az..za," Gloom yelled at me as he glitched.

"Every single one of ya's shut up," Laff yelled as the commotion stopped. The room fell silent except for the sound of me crying and my tears hitting the wooden floors. I heard footsteps to my left and my right. I looked up, and Tbh and Laff were sitting right next to me with their arms around me.

I wiped my eyes with my arm, but in the single blurry moment, I could see Umbra with Blaza standing there watching the scene. Blazas's eyes were blank, nothing there. I could see my reflection in them like a mirror in a white void. He had lines near the creases of his mouth, his face a blank expression he had bandages around his stomach he was just standing there and couldn't move he was in there somewhere, and I really hope... wait, no, I don't hope I know that I will help him out of this.

Before I wiped my eyes agian Umbra smirked, and Blaza fell to the ground.

Well, sorry it took so long for this chapter to get out. I do have a life besides this, like I have a youtube channel about edits, but that don't matter. During the end this is what was going thru my mind .They did get along at the end for Socks such a nice sweet moment. WAIT, IS THAT UMBRA!?!?!
