"Hollow go collect what you can from his body." said Johnny with a stern expression on his face. "I'm going to give him hell." he added.
"On it!" shouted Hollow.
Hollow flew down the window to go look for what was left of Mochi.
As soon as she left, Johnny didn't say a word. The tears dried on his face and his eyes turned completely blue. A pulse of electricity like no other surged through his body, but along with it came an unfamiliar pulse in his other hand.
Barney reloaded his akimbo pistols and unleashed a storm of bullets towards Johnny. Just as before the bullets flew in all different directions due to the incredibly strong magnetic waka that Barney possessed. However, this time something was different. Johnny didn't feel anything but pure unadulterated rage. Johnny ran in between two bullets at an inhuman speed. He left a faint image in his first position.
The bosses bullets flew back around towards Johnny but he ducked, and the bullets ended up flying through the window. Johnny dashed towards the boss and unleashed twenty six blows in three seconds. Not a single one missed.
"God damn who knew you could move so fast." said Barney.
"It's a shame though, I can give myself a coat of armor with my metallic waka," he said. "Your blows are nothing but ant bites to me."
Johnny didn't even respond, yet he smiled. He just kept attacking and dodging.
I need more bullets, thought Barney.
Barney ran towards his desk and pulled out his tommy gun to make it harder for Johnny to dodge.
The sound of thunder cackling mixed with the hellfire of bullets was deafening. If this fight went on longer the winner would lose his hearing.
Johnny zipped between the bullets, but he couldn't land any blows because the boss was just as fast. Even without the power of lightning speed the boss was still keeping up with him.
The electricity from Johnny's blows put out Barney's cigarette.
The boss jumped back to reload his gun, and sent out another barrage of bullets. The pulse in Johnny's arm became clear in his head. He was gaining control over the metallic waka in his bloodstream.
The boss began to get annoyed.
I'm running out of bullets., he thought.
"If you're gonna keep dodging these bullets, I'm just gonna infuse them with waka." said Barney.
"Infuse them with metal?" asked Johnny.
The boss twisted his head in confusion.
"Go ahead and try that." added Johnny. He spoke calm and collected, making sure to grin at the boss.
The boss walked towards his desk and opened up a small velvet colored case. He threw his tommy gun on the floor, and took out a chrome plated desert eagle.
"Let's see how you like this." he said.
The boss started firing until he ran out. He shot seven large bullets towards Johnny, but Johnny didn't even move. He held out the hand with the pulse in it, and the bullets froze in mid air.
Johnny didn't smile, nor did he frown. He had a determined look on his face as he glared towards Barney.
Barney was in disbelief of the sight in front of him.
"If these bullets are infused with metal waka they shouldn't have a problem penetrating your defenses." said Johnny.
The bullets turned around and shot towards the boss at lightning speed. The bullets connected and broke through the waka the boss placed on his chest. Before Barney could even react, Johnny dove towards him and unleashed a fury of blows on his chest and his face.
Barney didn't stand a chance. When Johnny was finished there was hardly anything left.
Johnny put his hands on the ground, and they were doused in Barney's blood. He started screaming, he had to let out all the built in rage somehow. All the scars on his body started aching, but he didn't care.
He stood up and put on Barney's white fedora. He walked towards a rotary phone that sat on a small table in the left corner of the room. He dialed the number Sunrise Bar. The phone rang for a few seconds, but it eventually picked up.
"This is Bruce from Sunrise Bar, how may I help you?" said Bruce.
Johnny responded with, "Hey, when Hollow gets back, tell her to call me, this is Johnny."
Johnny hung up and walked towards the chair that looked out towards Lunar 50. He sat in it and admired the view.
"I'm gonna use what's left of the Rosy Stars to create peace." he said to himself.
He got up out of the chair and smiled at himself.
"The code name High Roller sounds pretty good doesn't it."
He finished talking to himself and left the building.
He walked away from the building unsure of where to go next, but he knew that it was going to be a long journey.
For Mochi..., he thought.
