Detention

Just the beginning

April 19th 10:00 am
"Chase Jameson! Detention!" Said Mr. Lyle, as I came in the class. "Fine!" I said as I walked down the hall to the detention room.

When I got there I sat down beside Josh Caden, the literal jock of 11th grade. All the girls liked him even tho he was openly gay. He was the only openly gay person in our whole high school.

I asked, "What are you here for?" And he quickly replied with, "Flirting in second period, how about you? I've never seen you in here." "Oh, I broke the dumb dress code by wearing a hoodie! Wait who the heck were you flirting with? Isn't your second period class like all girls?" I said, with genuine concern.

"The teacher. You know, Mr. Pass. The gym teacher." He said with a little giggle in his tone. "Oh ya I know him." I said with confidence!

"Did you think I would flirt with the girls? Never. You do not know how many girls have asked me to date them! 58 in total!" He said laughing.

"Wow that's a lot! Hey wanna be friends? Probably not, you already are friends with everyone in our school no need for me to be there as well." I said with a small bit of sadness, "Sure, it's better then fake friends. Wait why would you think I wouldn't? You're super kind!" He said with a smile. "Meet at the gym in 9th period, ok! The football team has it in every 9th period but aren't using it today."

"Ok," I replied.

........................... 2:30 pm

"Josh? You in here?" I asked in the echo of the gym, "Yep, I'm over here!" He said from the back of the gym.

I went to sit down but he tapped a spot for me to sit in. "Hey Josh, can I ask you a question?" I asked, "Ask away!" He said, " How did you know you were gay? Sorry that sounded rude I'm just curious!" I said nervously.

"Idk, I just don't like girls, like I don't find them attractive!" He replied, slightly blushing, "Oh, ok." I said, similarly blushing.

"Hey would you ever like a guy?" He asked, "Probably." I replied with................ silence filled the room. "Would you kiss a guy?" He asked, "Probably!" I answered.

"Would you kiss me?" He asked nervously , I couldn't answer, I was in shock, I knew I would say yes, but......... "Yea!" I said with confidence, and started blushing, as he brushed my black hair out of my face.

He was blushing, and we were almost about to kiss but then.................... The Jocks came in to use the showers.

We waited 15 minutes so the Jocks would leave. When they left we got right back into it. He started kissing my neck, then to my exposed shoulder, then my lips.

Then he pushed me down, and kissed my neck, I tried to speak but he put his finger over my mouth. I was stunned, the hottest boy was kissing me and I liked it.

He suddenly stopped and looked nervously at me, "What's wrong?" I asked.

Tears started rolling down his face, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, please forgive me!" He said still crying.
"Hey, hey, why you didn't do anything wrong! Please calm down." I said as I wiped the tears from his face, "You mean it? Please I never wanted to hurt you!" He said, as more tears rolled down his face, I hugged him, hoping he would be happier, rather then sad.
