Tears are for the weak

When Kagami got out of her Mother's car her heart immediately ached due to the conversation that took place before hand

Kagami only gripped her bag together at the thought of it all

That dumb promise she made when she was 10. It was stupid of her to even go through with it. She was 10. And easily fooled to thinking it would make her mother happy and for some strange reason Kagmai thought it would gain her, her mother's respect

But now Kagami has so much to lose......

So much

And her Mother was just gonna take that away from her. All of it

For the first time in years Kagami felt like she had a place in the world and because of a stupid promise she made her Mother was gonna take that all away

From out of nowhere 2 safely secured arms wrapped around Kagami making her breath quickly in a huff but when she felt a simple kiss get pressed against her cheek all her worries washed away when she realized it was just Adrien

"There's my queen" he smiled when she turned in his arms to face her but even while seeing his face Kagami still held a face of dread and sorrow

One Adrien easily noticed

Taking his forefingers upon his chin he looked down on her

"Hey, you ok ? You look sad ?"

Kagami just blindly nodded her head before forcing a small smile

"Yeah, Yeah I'm ok. Just had a rough start to the morning that's all"

Gripping her hips tighter Kagami slowly smiled at the skinned action

"Anything I can do to make it better"

With a small smile Kagami wrapped her hands around his neck before swiftly placing a soft kiss on his mouth lovingly

Even in her darkest times she can rely on Adrien's brightness to bring her mind back

"Trust be you already have" Kagami reassured

The simple fact that Adrien made his love happy was all he needed to hear as the two dipped down again to share a deep and meaningful kiss

A kiss that was soon interrupted when the school bell had rung signaling them that it was time to go to class breaking them apart

With a sigh Kagami only placed her head on Adrien's chest with her hands following suit

Adrien always had a weird way of making her feel like this. Making her feel happy and safe in his little personal bubble of happiness. A Place she very easily dove into whenever she needed a break from what seemed like life

It was one of the many joys of having Adrien Agreste in her life. Whether it was Cat Noir or Adrien himself. He was her hero in and out of the costume. And no kitty ears stopped that from happening

Even as the day continued to go on Period by Period no matter how hard Kagami tried she just couldn't shake the thought of her conversation with her mom

As she sat in science class continued to twirl her pencil in hand and scribble on her notebook

All she could think about was that dumb stupid promise she had made when she was 10. How she was stupidly tricked into thinking that promise would grant her Mother's happiness
